Why thank you very much, I'm glad you like it! My mic wasn't very good at the time though and the commentary isn't very good because I was still new to talking to myself while playing games. I get much better from about part 15 on though!

That's great! I'm actually pretty chuffed now :D I wasn't even any good at commentaries back when I first made this but it's so addictive when you get into it properly! theRadBrad was the one who inspired me to start my channel. Gonna be a long time til I reach his level though!

Spot on, pal! I did BioShock 2 before BioShock 1. I had a different mic by the end of BioShock 2/start of BioShock 1, and then a few videos in I upgraded to the Blue Snowball which I still currently use. I also used a different recording device at the beginning of BioShock 2, which is why the quality isn't as good for the first few videos, but then it foes HD for the rest of the vids :)
Thank you very much! The whole thing gets much better from about part 15 on, I promise! At the start I had a crap mic, was a crap commentator and didn't have a HD pvr so please bear with it, the quality gets much better! I'm glad you like it so far :D
@jockekniv I like the look of the Handymen the most. It's gonna be tough taking over from the Big Daddies but they've got potential! I never played the FEAR games. I get the screaming mimis from horror games way too easily. Which is why I decided to do a series for Silent Hill Downpour when it comes out. It's gonna be rough lol. Bio Infinite is definitely my most wanted game this year though!
@therockerninja I know what you mean! I remember when I got the first BioShock on the 360 I just thought it looked like a cool FPS but then it completely captured me. The concept of Rapture is amazing and the characters are all so twisted but brilliantly thought out. When you meet Andrew Ryan in person is still one of my all time favourite gaming moments!
@Ryoth Heheh I'm glad someone appreciates my slightly twisted sense of humour! I kinda feel like I sound bored in this video though. I didn't really start to feel comfortable doing commentary till a good bit in but I like to think I've gotten better! Thanks for the comment, man!

I Loved this game, I mean I'd never seen such a great storyline plot put together, Its amazingly beautiful.
i really love the music in this game when you by the pool the song daddy please come home is on and it must be one of my fav songs from the game.

Yeah some series like this, The Walking Dead, Silent Hill 2, and I think Max Payne 3 and Uncharted 3 did great with a couple thousand views per video. A lot of those people subscribed but they don't always check out my other series, which is why I'm always infinitely grateful to subs like you!
@jockekniv I remember playing a little bit of the first FEAR game before accepting that I'd never sleep again if I didn't stop lol. Sleep will definitely go out the window with Silent Hill Downpour. I get terrified way too easily but I think my channel needs a few more horror games to mix it up a bit! I'd love to get my hands on the Amnesia games. I've watched theRadBrad's series on them and loved them. Now that game would scare me lifeless lol
wow that opening is indeed incredible. I never got to play Bioshock 2, as I've only played the first game, but it does look pretty awesome.
@jockekniv Nothing scars a 9 year old girl more than hypnotising her daddy and making him shoot himself in front of her. I still reckon she handled it pretty well though, all things considered!

You know I almost didnt click on this one because it is PS3 and I own an Xbox and I didnt know if gameplay is diff, but idc this dude is doing an awesomeone walkthrough so far!

Yea I just finished the walkthrough and I tried to like all the videos, subscribed and now I'm going to watch all the other RUclipsrs I'm subscribed to because I been watchin this series for like 4days now lol. And when I finish with those I'm coming back to more then likely watch the Dead Space or Dead Island walkthrough and get some help from those videos.

@EilimetheTwili Haha and here I thought I was the only one who got freaked out while playing BioShock! It's a really spooky game when you think about it! There's one part when all the lights go off and Splicers who were lying down just jump up at you as you walk by. Gave me the screaming mimis! Those spider splicers are creepy buggers too. Awesome fun to bash with the drill though! :D
Yeah, there are just so many other walkthrough guys that have been around longer than me so my channel does get a bit lost cyberspace. That said, the subscribers that I do have are all awesome and I am growing little by little. If you ever get the chance to tell others about my channel it'd mean a lot to me!
I remember watching my dad play this game and it was so entertaining
@jockekniv Well I definitely recommend getting them both eventually if you can. BioShock 1 has a better atmosphere to Rapture, I think, and Atlas, Fontaine and Ryan are all great characters and it has a cracking plot twist. Gameplay wise, BioShock 2 is better with it's dual wielding and Adam harvesting sections, still has a great plot and characters. If you haven't played BioShock before then I'd say start of with Bio 2 and then play the first one. They're both excellent!

@jockekniv If you get them both together then be sure to play the first one first. I'm doing a series for the first BioShock at the moment and I'm having a hard time adjusting to not being able to dual wield! I can't wait for BioShock Infinite, it looks so much different to the other two games. You can be damn sure I'll be doing a walkthrough for it! I love the whole flying city setting. Looking forward to getting my hands on it!

The shot of dopamine that went through my veins when I started watching this for like, the 3rd time TEN YEARS AFTER UPLOAD cannot be recreated.
Not going to lie, though, I'm a little sad that there's no "Sit back, relax, throw your feet up and enjoy" in the intro. I would literally buy merch with that on it.

Because he did this walkthrough before the 1st Bioshock and I'm guessing he upgraded his mic along the way.
@jockekniv I think I might. I avoid horror games as much as I can but I think I it's time i got over my easily scaredability! I remember I played the first Dead Space and immediately turned it off after I got to the first elevator. Took me months before I dug it back out again lol. I'd definitely love to get my hands on Amnesia though!
Yea I'm on part 24 now and its good. Idk y the vids only have 156views though, there good walkthroughs

To me it felt so real an everything I could see myself (In The Game) If you catch what I'm my favorite part was when it showed you, everything about your character I mean I even thought it was crazy how everything turned out how he made him believe he was this an that, but Lol I haven't played the second one, but the first one, but I will be getting this game soon an the new one coming out soon.
this game is fun for the whole... part of the family anyway.

@jockekniv There have been some real gems released in the last few years. Shadow of the Colossus, God of War, and BioShock are my personal favourites but there's tons others that I love. I remember when I first got my copy of Vice City! I pretty much shut myself up in my room for the day and played it for a couple of hours straight. Before that I thought GTA 3 was like the most advanced game ever. So much has changed in a few short years!

I loved this game-you HAVE i mean just HAAAAVE to play it in the pitch blackness it scares the living hell out you- you see the glow of the big sisters splicers daddies sisters...and it scares you when you turn and a splicer is right in your damn face. That happened to me and i screamed and putted her down the hall with my drill O()O

wondering what Difficulty this was set at?
If I remember right I played through this on Normal difficulty. As a general rule I stick to Normal for my series. It's the right balance of challenge and progression when recording videos for RUclips!

I played to get the Brass Balls Achievement on xbox...bloody difficult...extremely limited loot and takes so much more to kill everything…brutal!

I'm actually just a noob to BioShock but I think its the stuff to give you powers like the guy had in the beginning.
Jack Jack Adam is the Stem cells extracted from Sea Slugs which are native to the ocean floor where Rapture is built. These stem cells allow for your body to gain extraordinary abilities called Plasmids. the Little Sisters are made to harvest Adam from corpses.
