In this workshop, Ubisoft Talent Acquisition Director and the studio's Talent Acquisition Content Specialist, will guide you through the process of creating engaging, inclusive job ads with a human touch. Following a short presentation, participants will pair up for interactive exercises to develop a job ad for their partner’s role. They’ll leave the session with key learnings they can apply to their organizations and candidate community.
