I think your view on China Australia deal is wrong. They milk Australia dry with there mining and massive tax exemptions. Once its mined its transported over seas where its is cheaper to refine and then sold back to us with a larger then life price.

You have got to remember that the Fed needs to lower the interest rates despite the inflation to aid the economy. Just because interest rates go down doesn't mean it will create sustainable capital growth. It will most likely create short-term gains, but without robust economic growth or wage growth, it will go the other way around, as this time, the bond market will not follow down to the 0% interest rates as we saw from the SVB bust.

The gigantic debt the US has can't be ignored forever. It is only a matter of a few years that even interest only repayments on that debt can be honoured. The Aus gov keeps on throwing more money to keep that R/E bubble going, further fueling inflation and high interest rates. The can can't be kicked down the road forever. Tough times ahead.

Wait for money printing and socialist policies that suit the politicians. And bring in more people than you can build houses for. I dont think we have any hope of influencing US policy on that agenda - if we go down with CHina I think we need leaders who are prepared to look again at the US relationship in the long term - and I dont see any real leadership capable of that at the moment...perhaps it will be a case of the crisis we had to have to finally start moving away from the "'colonial" attitude since 1945 and all our history before....and realise there is no independence without pain,,,dangerous time.

I know absolutely zero. Nothing. ? Interesting. I’m sure I know something. That something might not be a lot. But by definition it’s not nothing. But I agree with you too many people comment on things they know little about.

@@Scott-Kuru I don't think "you know nothing" Scott...I think you'd be pretty savvy actually and good on you👍. My only criticism of you is that you appear to be a trump supporter...😉.

This video feels like pure elitism. The overall message seems to be, "I don't care about human rights violations as long as I'm not affected." And implying Trump is good for the economy? Really? He’s only "warm and friendly" to Australians because of his racist tendencies -similar to how some view the so-called 'greatest country in the world.

Human rights are very important. The video was to talk about the impact on housing not on Pres Trump overall.
