One great way to teach the country about Civics, Accounting, what things govt should be interested in and so on.

With these two workng together, such a re-organization projet should yield at least 30% savings. Musk is pretty close with his prediction of $ 2 Billion.

I starts with identifying what each department is doing. Identifying whether we need an FBI and a Homeland Security. Their function is "SAFTY WITHING THE UNITED STATES" .Merge them into one. and cutt out all overlapping processes. By streamlining the operations, matching the responsibilities with the corresponding authority - break these actions down into "processes" (known as SOX) and have them reconciled and audited.
Such a system automatically flushes projects that are not part of the authorized activities out.
Present governmenet spending is $ 8 Billion. With these two workng together, such a re-organization projet should yield at least 30% savings. Musk is pretty close with his prediction of $ 2 Billion.
