    I got one of the original Dyna-Flex gyro balls 20 years ago; for some reason I packed it away before on of my moves and forgot about it. Last week, I found it again while decluttering. This is the method I always used to start mine, and I still had the muscle memory to do it after almost 2 decades! Now that I work at home, it's always on my desk, it's a great way to relieve fatigue from typing all day.

    I never heard of this thing until telling a coworker about my sore wrist and forearm amd he recommended a gyro ball. Amazon delivered mine 2 days ago. My 7yr old son immediately made it work. I've been trying and failing to make it spin until I saw your video, so thanks a lot for helping me unlock the secrets of the Gyro Ball!

    I just got one yesterday for 3 bucks at goodwill, it still had the packaging. It's like someone opened it up, tried it, and put it back and stored it away for a long time before donating it to goodwill. I learned to get it going, and I also taught myself to do it exactly like you are. I find hitting it doesn't even get it going that fast anyway, no wonder people get frustrated and give up when that is the method being taught.

    Over 3 months ago I fractured my right elbow that has caused me major problems. I went online and bought the top of the line Titan Pro Powerball; it has helped speedup my rehabilitation considerably along with pain relieve. After much research I realized it helps in recovery and for the serious minded, builds strength and endurance with increase in arm size, "a must have", great presentation.

    you're a legend man! thanks for the method, I've got 100% efficiency so far and counting! nice to be possible getting rid of the string and still make it, the finger method simply never quite worked for me. Super awesome and might I say, you're funny xD totally appreciate the video and all talking

      Mine must be defective. It stops shortly after it gets to spinning and does not stay in motion.

    Man, I've tried all the techniques out there and rarely have ever been able to get these things going without the string or one of the new "autostart" ones. This technique worked the first time I tried it, and almost every try since! This is definitely the best starting method until you figure out how to do the thumb start method, but that's a ways down the road for me.
    Thanks for sharing!

    I just bought one with no led read out. Pretty surprising to see they've been around so long. I actually bought this because I've been playing guitar around 7 years now, and my technique of playing tends to fatigue my forearm quite quickly. I just wrote that and saw your Telecaster in the background lol. Stay up dude 👌

    I think these do have some physio type healing going on. Especially when you build up speed and switch hands. Great things. Remember to clean them regularly. The sweat and stuff can get under the band and gunk and stuff.

    Idk how I came across your video, but I never would have imagined how much all the (what I considered small) injuries from motocross, hockey, boxing would affect me later in life. I'm only 39 and my body is beat to hell, just getting out of bed in the morning is hell. But hey, I love my powerball!

      Yep, I did think the same thing when he mentioned his arthritis. I am 57 and been vegan for years and not got any aches, pains or any health problems whatsoever. Before I was vegan I was on medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol. My doctor said I'd be on them for the rest of my life. He was wrong :)

    • @MrsToodle47
      @MrsToodle47 5 лет назад

      @@DaleAmigaman I am 72, eat all animal foods, including meat, fish, chicken, eggs, dairy products and honey, and have no aches or pains and have never been on medications, have never had high blood pressure or cholesterol or arthritis. You don't need to be vegan to be healthy.

    • @DaleAmigaman
      @DaleAmigaman 5 лет назад

      @@MrsToodle47 Some people can be healthy and eat animal products. My great Uncle smoked all his life from the age of 14 and lived to 91. I don't think smoking is healthy though. You only have to look around you to see that most older people aren't healthy and are on medications. Studies show vegans generally are much healthier, live longer and are the only group with normal BMI.
