Sitting in the back seat on the first drop of this ride is unbelievable. So many weird forces, ejector air and strong lateral Gs at the same time.
Ejector, then weird force slamming you to the left, then positive Gs
@@DARK_AMBIGUOUS sounds really similar to the forces experienced on lost gravity. (in the back seat)
absolutly. you feel negative and lateral gs at the same time while you get catapulted to the ground.
true... been riding it 17x back to back like 15 years ago. Last row is brutal. Then i went back last year, second row... gotta admit i got a little scared at the drop haha
Is it similar to the banked airtime hill on Steel Vengeance at all? It sounds awesome
I've been on this it was AMAZING!!! I was terrified before it started as I didn't know there was a massive drop till I was strapped in!!!

And to think that this was the first roller coaster I was ever on :D I'm from a little town near the Holiday Park and so going there was a go to activity in my teenage years.

Wow! Besides the fact that this is a cool rollercoaster, this is probably the best onride video I've ever seen. No vibration, no disturbance....just perfect!
I've just come back from Disneyland Paris and nothing there compares to this ...I also have been on about 25-30 coasters in my life and this ranks way up at the top. You just can't get a feel of how fast and the lovely air-time you get from this video ...and oh the turn in the drop ...really is one of the best !

I never understand those kind of situations... I mean, you probably know that you will ride a coaster so you can kind of make up your mind on something ot wear that at least also will be comfy on a coaster like this one.....

I remember this coaster being featured on a medical study on heart rates and roller coasters. I wonder if we get somebody to retrofit Millennium Force, Bizarro SFNE, and THIS with Bolliger & Mabillard trains for an experiment to see if Intamin track layouts with B&M trains would be the coaster design most prone to stopping riders' hearts...

I got really excited when I saw that it was at Holiday Park. I was thinking of Holiday World.
Weird story: I remember being on a rollercoaster with my dad and this girl with long hair was infront of me and her hair was going in my mouth so I was like gagging the whole time on the ride, some guy asked me if I was going to be sick. I said “Maybe, a girl with long hair was in front of me.” Apparently the guy was the girls father and said to her daughter that when they get home she was getting a hair cut
The thing about GeForce is you never really slow down, I went on it back in 2011 and the speed at which you go up the hill to the fact that there are no massive climbs means that it is insanely intense. You never get the chance to figure out what is happening. (Forces are higher at the back of the train for some reason)
I ride it about 30 times and still Love this Coaster. A Lot of Air Time and Speed.

Geek Question: The Lift Mechanism on this coaster is different to most ratchet-chain lift mechanisms. Is the reason this mechanism is used because you can get faster lift hill ascents with the technology? What's is this lift mechanism called?
Jared Morgan this mechanism is a thil lift it is used to move the train up faster a normal chainlift needs more maintanace than this one while this one is a bit more expansive and this lift has the posiblility to shoot a train in a loop withouth having a first accent(ralely used but it can be done)

Jared Morgan It's mainly used because it's much lighter than a normal chain. The higher your coaster, the heavier the chain, the more supports you need, the more expensive the ride becomes.

I suppose so given that the speed of the cable lift on sky rush is 17 mph, although it is only used on intamin mega coasters, giga coasters, and mega lites at least that I know of
The roller coaster goes so fast that you don't even feel it, the bigger the better and he the faster the better!

I havent ridden either of them but I think mellinium forces layout looks better because of its drop and those long ass camelback hills

I hate rollercoasters but my friend made me go on this ride, and it is so scary!!! However it did make me feel amazing when I came off and I am less scared of them now

A giga coaster is defined as being between 300 & 400 feet just to let everyone know. But this is a badass Intamin.
