    Love the way you structure these. Variety & Challenging. I've seen a noticeable drop in my splits since i've been programming them into my schedule.

    Eric these are brilliant, we are doing them all over here in Northern Ireland and then getting loads of PB’s every month, working great ergmaster

    Hi Eric, how do these workouts effect training bands, grey areas, etc?

      They all vary. This one you’ll do the first part in UT2, then the later stages will start creeping up to UT1. BUT..... what we are trying to do is push the line out from where you switch the 2 zones. So the fitter you get, the faster the split you should be able to hold in the 2mmol space before you start to produce too much lactate and move up to the 4+mole end.
