Chemistry: How Spectrophotometry Determines Clinical Lab Results

This video describes how clinical chemistry analyzers use spectrphotometry to generate an analyte concentration or level in a specimen. Beer's Law is used to calculate this determination. The amount of absorbance is directly proportional to the analyte's concentration.
