We all have days like that and you don't need to apologize for the language. I worked in a shop with 125 other tradesmen, welders, fitters, mechanics ,machinists, painters, electricians, toolmakers etc and the language was just a part of working life. Later in life I got in to trouble for swearing in other workshops, I couldn't help it, it was part of my DNA.

It was like swearing was a form of punctuation.
The real challenge was when you met up with workmates in a "sensitive" social environment.

CAD requires alot of finger hand movement. Expensive courses in WA. Basic methods of constructing a box or circle can be great starting points. Although I didn't start 1. Did a associate diploma instead. But to long.
Written method still would stop the slang from slipping out. But it seems so so simple to remember what to do.
I like taking small steps. But production requires time factors. Utube is a great correction tool.
