As part of the Contractor workforce that is consulting-based with a minimal CSS footprint, it has - in honesty - felt like a bit of a mystery, especially with how it impacts our relationships and our ability to help NAVAIR’s program offices be even more successful. Discussing and socializing the CONOPS and some of those success stories with some of the less traditional NAVAIR participants would perhaps help provide a different perspective, and would certainly help us continue to support you better! NAVAIR’s original response to physiological episodes was to deny they existed. NAVAIR is the reason those episodes happened due to screwed u aircraft development. NAVAIR never to responsibility for it.
