i agree with all of that and definitely think he did it. this is one of those circumstantial cases where theres just so much "what are the odds" pieces of evidence that it goes beyond all reasonable doubt that he did it. if he could even explain one or two of the things away id have doubts maybe, but he cant explain anything away.
Some people really won't believe a guilty verdict unless there's a body, dna evidence, and eye witnesses. If all the circumstantial evidence points to you, then that's just as powerful as finding your dna under the victim's nails, imho
you missed the "human tissue" that matched Rosalio's DNA. I can't understand how it's relevant whether it's blood or other human tissue. But, what I can understand is that there could be room for "reasonable doubt" if you link every piece and consider he could've just gone into the apartment to confront Rosalio and then found him dead (murdered by another person), and then carried Rosalio's DNA to his truck, which he would want to clean and get rid of anything in fear of being accused of the murder. I'm just saying, I still think he did it.

Everything is always presented very well, with an evenness and fairness I enjoy, with no distractions for sentimentality. Anyway, dude had a whole folder on his computer of images of and court information on his ex's new boyfriend. His daughter claims he stole this boyfriend's registration right out of his car. And this boyfriend ends up dead. I agree that the physical evidence of murder is pretty weak but I have no doubt that Zach killed Rosalio simply because it makes sense. Maybe the cops focused on him too quickly but what do you expect to happen when you're stalking the dude who clearly was murdered, provably lie to the detectives, rip up your car, and buy all the shit you need to dispose of a body from Walmart? I was going through something like this 4 years ago , with the father of my 3 younger children. After my ex took my girls to Mexico, took me 2 year to get back, he went crazy when I didn't want to be with him. Even threatened to hurt our kids. Cops wouldn't help at all. No matter how much evidence, text, videos and marks on my body, the cops refused to help. My children and I were scared. Until I met my current husband. My ex is truly scared of him. And I've never felt safer. Going on 3 years that he hasn't even called my kids and we've never been happier. Cops in my area are trash.

I watched this trial, and it was *wild*. Both parents were caught coaching Olivia during her testimony, and Zack was caught threatening her as well. Zack brought Olivia with him to spy on Sadie through her living room windows - as in he had Olivia crouching outside the window herself, not just waiting in the vehicle. He made every effort to poison Olivia against Sadie.

What evidence is there of stalking? The blood in his apartment showed someone there had the shot beat out of them but it wasn’t enough to prove death. He could have been somewhere injured when instead of looking for him the detectives were listening to Sadie complain about her ex for hours.

It was a shaky case. I do think that the speck of blood is enough (IDC if you can't test what kind of tissue it was. It matched the victim and that's what matters.) but the case would have been much better with more evidence. Everything else is circumstantial evidence except that one speck of blood.

The biggest part of his case was his daughter Olivia and her heart felt impact statement. When he forced Olivia to spy on her mother and everything else he had her do. When Olivia got on the stand and opened up telling everything it was over for him

I agree that the physical evidence of murder is pretty weak but I have no doubt that Zach killed Rosalio simply because it makes sense. Maybe the cops focused on him too quickly but what do you expect to happen when you're stalking the dude who clearly was murdered, provably lie to the detectives, rip up your car, and buy all the shit you need to dispose of a body from Walmart? From a psychological and sociological standpoint, true crime is fascinating, but yeah, too much can be very depressing. This channel is excellent, because it covers everything in each case thoroughly and professionally, without any of the hyperbole and sensationalism and it does so in a short time.

I was going through something like this 4 years ago , with the father of my 3 younger children. After my ex took my girls to Mexico, took me 2 year to get back, he went crazy when I didn't want to be with him. Even threatened to hurt our kids. Cops wouldn't help at all. No matter how much evidence, text, videos and marks on my body, the cops refused to help. My children and I were scared. Until I met my current husband. My ex is truly scared of him. And I've never felt safer. Going on 3 years that he hasn't even called my kids and we've never been happier. Cops in my area are trash.

I watched this trial, and it was *wild*. Both parents were caught coaching Olivia during her testimony, and Zack was caught threatening her as well. Zack brought Olivia with him to spy on Sadie through her living room windows - as in he had Olivia crouching outside the window herself, not just waiting in the vehicle. He made every effort to poison Olivia against Sadie.
Yes, i’ve only seen this one video, but I’m surprised at seeing the negativity tossed at this girl. She was young, and what kid really wants to go against one parent or another and be put in the middle even on much more minor things? I feel for her. And she was in the middle between a parent who could be convicted of murder and go to jail and the one who she would be living with.

What evidence is there of stalking? The blood in his apartment showed someone there had the shot beat out of them but it wasn’t enough to prove death. He could have been somewhere injured when instead of looking for him the detectives were listening to Sadie complain about her ex for hours.

I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of somebody found guilty of murder when the body is not found, but I believe they said there was blood all over, but one area of the floor was clear as if there had been some other rug there that had been picked up and moved, maybe with a body. So, I doubt that bloody victim got up and walked out with that carpeting around him and is just in hiding.

It was a shaky case. I do think that the speck of blood is enough (IDC if you can't test what kind of tissue it was. It matched the victim and that's what matters.) but the case would have been much better with more evidence. Everything else is circumstantial evidence except that one speck of blood.

The Walmart stuff though, cleaning the back of the car, getting rid of the panel of carpet and the fact that anything linked to the victim's DNA would be found in the back of the car is HIGHLY alarming and deffo points to his guilt but the fact the biggest piece of evidence wasn't tested properly is wild because they obviously need to prove everything beyond a reasonable doubt. It's crazy I actually lived in Kenosha WI when this happened and I remember the day he was found guilty of the crime he committed. The biggest part of his case was his daughter Olivia and her heart felt impact statement. When he forced Olivia to spy on her mother and everything else he had her do. When Olivia got on the stand and opened up telling everything it was over for him
