    conversion to tsp\cups for 4 cookies(as close as i managed)
    4 cookies recpie:
    butter 100g
    suger 2.5 tbsp
    B.suger 3.25 tbsp
    cake flower 0.5 cup
    flower 3/4 cup
    salt 0.25 tsp
    B.soda 1/8 tsp
    B.powder 1/3 tsp
    egg 1 Large egg.
    addons (Walnuts,choclate, etc) - 175grams

    Chef Hanbit thank you so much for the amazing recipes with the exact measurements and steps. I tried level best to perform accordingly and just minutes ago the smell of cookies permeates the whole kitchen. I replaced walnuts with macadamias and reduced the sugar and it was a delectable after dinner treat for my twins and I. I enjoyed your videos very much. Big thank you. I am now your avid follower.

    I tried it and your receipe is amazing ! Usually I mix flour and cornstarch 50:50 so it’s fluffy ! I tried your flour mixing and it worked well to : the cranberry is a nice idea too

    I make this cookie for first time,the result was wonderful,the recipe is very clear and net,I highly recommend for everyone that Wana make this cookie,just flow the recipe step by step,then they get best result for first time,I just say thanks chef for sharing this recipe, cc an I replace the chocolate with dried fruits this recipe,such raisins,apricot,....?

    Hi chef, would you mind to explain the difference between every ingredients (like dark chocolate couverture vs compound, butter vs margerine, heavy cream vs whip cream, brown vs white sugar, etc) and its uses in one video? Bcs sometimes I find it hard to get some ingredients in my place and I'm not sure if I can substitute those specific ingredient with something similar.
    Would really appreciate if you do that, because I love your videos it's so simple and very easy to understand. Thank you

      oh mine is a convection (fan) oven. well for chocolate it doesn't matter in this case but use couverture chocolate.

      when you make it it will be molten for quite a bit! it's naturally molten when it comes out of the oven.

      I tried 2 times it didn’t turn out to have molten effect would it be the choice of chocolate I used? I used couverture button chocolate followed exactly as chef’s recipes.

      Yeah I use callebaut couverture dark chocolate. It shoudl work the same with any couverture chocolate. Weird...

    Hi Chef, I'm wondering did you add something else while you roasted the walnuts? I mean like butter or salt or anything else to add its flavour. Coz i baked these kind of cookies once, n personally never eat walnuts before so I don't know exactly how it should taste in a cookie.

    First recipe I tried from this channel. Made 4 cookies, but came out underbaked from my electric oven, despite added time. Tasted great, though. Didn't know cranberries need soaking. Missed chopping the walnuts. Used raw walnuts - are they supposed to be roasted?

      yeah add a bit more time. ovens vary quite a lot. it's better to roast walnuts - some people don't notice a difference - but I definitely do.

      @@HanbitCho hi Hanbit....my confusion about brown butter is after browning process the weight will be less than the required amount by the recipe...so do we add liquid back to make up for the loss or do we brown more butter in order that we end up the required amount?
