This guy reminds me of MaRin and Smeb on their prime, but even better. He can play bruiser, assassin, tank, carry, anything and stomp every opponent. No doubt the best player in the world right now. When everybody said Rookie rocks at worlds last year? For me nope, this guy is the real deal.
The current Smeb may not be as good as 2016 Smeb but the skill gap is not that big.Smeb is still Smeb no matter what year it is.its just that his team is the problem.
They play two different roles, extremely difficult to tell who's a "better player" when they adopt two completely different play styles and do different things.

IG is own by a Chinese Billionaire so he can just dump money out like nothing. Why do you think alot of LCK and LMS players choose to go over to the lpl? its the money they can make.
