  • Tikka Boti Beef Roll is a flavorful and savory fusion of Pakistani cuisine, with the tender beef in a rich sauce, crunchy veggies and crispy paratha all combined in a satisfying and filling snack or meal.

    INGREDIENTS:
    * boneless beef(cut into small pieces) 1\2 kg
    * ginger garlic paste (2 tsp)
    *red chilli powder (1 tsp)
    * salt (1tsp)
    * 3 masala (cumin seeds, corainder seeds, whole red chilli roasted &
    crushed) 1 tsp
    * garam masala (1 tsp)
    * tikka masala (2 tsp)
    * vinegar (1 tbsp)
    * yogurt (1\2 cup)
    * crushed fried onion (1 tsp)
    * water (3 glass or as required)
    * koyla (charcoal) for smoke
    PREPARATION OF GREEN CHUTNI:
    * garlic cloves 5-6
    * onion (1\2)
    * green chillies - 3
    * fresh coriander (hara dhania) -1 bunch
    * mint leaves (pudina) -1 bunch
    * roasted cumin powder (1 tsp)
    * chaat masala (1 tsp)
    * roasted & crushed coriander seeds (2 tsp)
    * salt (1 tsp)
    * red chilli powder (1 tsp)
    * Imlie pulp (1 cup)
    * yougurt (1\2 cup)
    * Blend them all well
    ASSEMBLING:
    * paratha
    * onion with lemon
    * green chutni
    * bar.b.q sauce
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    For Beef:
    - In a pan add beef, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, 3 masala, garam masala, tikka masala, vinegar, yogurt, fried onion mix well then add water as required to tender the beef. Cover & cook on medium flame until meat is tender.
    - When meat is tender and there is some water left so cook on high flame until it dry.
    - Give a coal smoke for 2 mins.
    ASSEMBLING:
    - On paratha, add tikka boti, onion, green chutni, bar bq sauce and wrap with butter paper & serve.
