It's the consistency and elegance. The tasteful ommitance of detail. Whenever I draw humans they either look like scribbles or they end up too detailed and noisy. But you seem to know exactly where the detail is necessary and where it isn't. It's incredibly useful for drawing the outlines for comics or graphic novels or storyboards.
