It started off slow. I almost stopped watching but I maned up and stuck with it and then I started to get Dope. At first the plot comes off like any other mma show, but then it gets good
Jonathan Tucker did such an amazing job in his role as Jay. A great TV series that flew under most peoples radar. I hope that Netflix picks up the series and takes it further.
I was about to say the same thing. He is such a good actor throughout the whole series. He’s the type of character that you’ll love & hate at the same time.
Matty Bruno Lucas Zenere Salas did you not watch the episode? The bouncer at the bar shot and killed him. The point about his eulogy was to shame people for their relentless need to judge and shame him vs getting to know and accepting him for who he really was!
This episode had me in tears! Experiencing the relationship between Jay and Nate over the last 3 seasons, only to watch it end like this. 😢 It’s been a while since I’ve become so emotionally invested in a character. They were so connected. Jonathan and Nick did an excellent job portraying their character’s bond in this series. I wish the show continued on.
This was the best show i seen as far as i can remember. They covered every corner when making this. Just great and very well put together. The characters were all amazing, the acting was fenominol. I wish Netflix or prime would have picked this up instead of Direct TV.. Direct TV didn't have a big enough audience. Once it hit Netflix, it took off! That show deserves a Grammy. It makes people who can relate feel so connected to what's going on.
Jonathan Tucker is an incredible actor. He's inspiring to me as someone who trains martial arts and is a trained actor. I was choking on the tears when I saw this.
This whole show is such a hidden gem that should NOT be hidden, so many life lessons and realizations in this show I can’t even begin to fully explain.
Just watch these last two episodes early this morning, because I stayed up watching the show all night and I cried like a baby there was no greater love story than the love of these two brothers!
I agree. The layers Jay has matched with the trauma and how they still show love despite the fathers cold ways is something completely underestimated.. the show moved me truly.
What Eulogy so heartfelt. The ringing of the bell got me, which I didn't expect. Going to his mother and laying his head in her lap and breaking down made the ending more moving and beautiful.
I lost my 39 yr old bro on feb 4 in a rip current canberra...n its been hell 4 me 2 accept him gone...the music at the beach when nates ashes r spread kills me...
I can’t imagine my brother spending all his life repressed, isolated, confused and scared, only to die within a minute after liberating himself. Thats what made the ending so heart wrenching. Knowing that Nate didn’t even have the chance to live. Idk how Jay and the father remained upright after that. Idk how parents and siblings endure that kind of loss in real life of the people they love most not getting a chance to LIVE. Jonathan/Jay’s speech was beautiful, realistic, fiercely protective and he deserved an Emmy.
Unfortunately, this amazing show flew so much under the radar that they cancelled it, leaving us fans with a hell of a bitter taste. It's so sad that some of the best shows i've seen had that fate. Kingdom and Firefly were my favourites of the pack! Followed by Deadwood, Rome, Forever and Agent Carter. All of these had so much more to offer.
Phenomenal show, was upset that it ended. I have season 1 and 2 on dvd but was upset that they only released season 3 in Europe and not in North America
This was a powerful speech that was powerfully delivered. Throughout this whole episode I was shocked they actually killed him off. Like, seriously, what a bleak way to end the show.
NASTAR01 there was meant to be a second half to season 3 but they cancelled it after 10 episodes. This isn't the true ending to the show. Sadly, we will probably never get to see the true ending
@@CarltonDry im sorry sir but u have ruined my day by telling me there was supposed to be more i legit thought that was a full proper ending now ik it wasnt
So glad Kingdom came to Netflix. Never heard of it before, but gave it a try on a whim. Just finished binging it and Jonathan Tucker was outstanding throughout, but this scene absolutely gutted me. Phenomenal performance for an amazing character.
I don’t know how this wasn’t more popular. This show made me anxious some episode and made me laugh and episodes like this made me cry. How was this not bigger?
Damn this show was filmed way back and only now I just seen it. It literally only Took me about 21/2 days to finish all 3 seasons on Netflix! that's how good of a show it was. Kinda hope it continues but I kinda hope it doesn't too because id be wasting to much time watching the show instead of dong shit for myself in reality lmao
Really lol 21/2 half days to finish it lol ? I took me like a week to finish it could’ve finished it earlier but wasn’t that interesting from season 2 to 3
This seen brought me to tears Jonathan Tucker you played a amazing part as jay and the bond that these brothers had would never break I enjoyed every minute of this show because it had raw emotion in it Nate was my favourite character and this gave the character the best send off
Loved this actor and his portrayal. I actually saw the Jonas Bros on David Letterman in person circa 2009. I kinda snickered when I saw Nick Jonas was in this but he put in a tremendous performance as well. I cried the whole show. Well done gentleman. I was raised by wolves too....I took care of my 2 younger brothers and my Irish twin died last year so I so knew this bond. So surreal. So eloquently done.
Jonathan Tucker is one of my favourite actors when I saw him going from Justified to this I was very excited and he just proved to me and Alvey kulina Frank to Nate being Nick Jonas the show was just Flawless an amazing and the person put this monologue up is right I'm a fighter and I believe it doesn't matter what the person is if that's what he does respect them for it
It's sad but what more did you want to see? He's gonna be in prison for probably the rest of his life, but Ryan was there to let him know that he would always be there for him and always be his brother. He is even getting the right treatment for the 1st time in his life. Can't ask for a better ending given his story up to that point.
Jonathan Tucker deserved an Emmy for this role - this is no doubt one of the greatest finales - the writing on this show is masterful and heartfelt. Rewatching for the 3 time
His acting is absolutely absurdly incredible. However the most painful moment of this scene to me is When the bell goes and Alvey has to go the other way because he’s that heart sick. That’s true human emotion of a father that lost a child. That’s the genuine actual reaction of a parent. I actually had to stand up off my couch at like 2 am and walk away because my heart couldn’t take it. Fucking absolutely nails the human emotion in ever facet possible.
