The great thing about watching these here, is 75% of the show is trying to hype up what doesn't need to be hyped up, and that doesn't even count the commercial time you save.
it's not all about just robots bashing each other, there are people and teams behind these things. the people are important aspects of why most of us watch, we want to get to know them to a certain extent. after all, these bots probably average in the range of $40K, i'd say, and it's just not good enough to have a half hour show of nothing but chaos. i agree, though, they drag this out sometimes to a tedious degree. it's what you expect. i DVR it and skip what i'm not interested in.
@@ryanbarker5217 Good point, but they should spend more of the show looking at the engineering and strategy and what the damage was in each match instead of so much WWF glamour nonsense.
@@ryanjohnson3615 they could, and i would enjoy that. even their individual social media often doesn't go into that too much. some do, other not so much. i think maybe it's just an unreliable content source and, well, they might not give viewers that much credit. most folk probably don't care about the issues of going to brushless motors.
That's not even the biggest hit of GIGABYTE's history. Gigabyte vs the wall, from gigabyte vs hydra, was bigger. Also if you count exploosions, sawblaze vs uppercut had a literal explosion that shook the camera.
@@ericlewandowskivlogs It’s because Gigabyte was also fucked up there They physically couldn’t do anything If you look, Gigabyte was losing its ground so it couldn’t rush Hypershock
I’ve loved Hypershock since I first saw them. And Will is a master on the stick. Solid team and bot. At the same time, I’ve never been a fan of the full body spinners just because they seem to just take an easy beating and will self destruct. Might be my knowledge of the premise behind centrifugal force just wanting to rip itself apart naturally. Powerful, no doubt, but the natural state of things there wants to just rip itself apart.
N yet they took their chances n made it as strong as they could. There is also captain Shredderater just trusting they can work the magic! But seldom do it happen! 😂
Why does team gigabyte even try? I’m genuinely asking because it seems like this always happens. It doesn’t seem like their not can be competitive in the big leagues
That served gigabite right hypershock was all over the place virtually no control was stuck with its back to gigabite the fight could of should of been a loss to hyper shock then and there what was gigabites pilot doing 😅
Correction.. Tombstone doesn't have to kill anybody.. Just keep the powerful front spinner on.. The opponents just come n hit! N get destroyed themselves.. PS. Just turn a bit wn ur opponent comes for ur tires. . That's all..! The simplest design.. Enough control..cool agility n easy to manuere..!! 😂
Maybe if gigaloser had attacked instead of sitting there hoping for a the other bot to get counted out he could have scored some damage. Got what he deserved.
Nearly 9 minute long video, not a single thing worth watching happens until 5 minutes and 30 seconds and less than 2 minutes later absolutely nothing worth watching happens. That's basically the formula for every video of battle bots
I remember a REALLY GREAT T.V. SHOW that had actual, large sized, humanoid bots, made from junkyards. They fought each other in rounds, like a boxing match. IT WAS THE BEST! I can't find any of those episodes anywhere.
You guys need to dial it up. Make big machines that look like Robocops. Though it is a bit humorous to see these little guys ramming, and hacking their little selves up.
Forget biggest hit in Battlebots history: the look on Will's face is possibly the best reaction shot in Battlebots history.
Gutted Gigabyte like a fish with that one hit!
End Game team reaction to whiplash oota was also epic
I took a screenshot of his face 😂
For those who’ve been watching these for years we already knew how this would go down. The upright spinners always take out disk bots.
Vertical spinners*
With the exception of one particular battle back in the Comedy Central days
I don't think anyone quite expected it to rip itself in half midair though
I don't think enough people know that both of these robots are 250 lbs. 250 POUNDS of steel and aluminum getting launched like it's paper
wow i din't know that. it looks like you can just pick them up, like they're just RC cars with some sheet metal bolted on. thanks for the info.
And from what I remember…EIGHT bolts all failed in Gigabyte
Love the Announcer and Commentators. They really amp the battles up to 11.
Absolutely beautiful! The drama! The dread! THE DESTRUCTION!
Hypershock's gotta be one of the best looking bots I've ever seen
Biteforce is cooler in my opinion
Along with bite force, Tombstone n Endgame.
Last minute hyper shock came back to life are you kidding me!? Best quote in battlebots history
Damn Gigabyte can fly.

Obviously you’ve never seen a Muslim looking black dude, a big bolt, and people hit buttons

You kidding? That's what makes it fun. It's like WWE for nerds.
That was great! Giga should have been more relentless and went after HyperShock when the transmitter failed! Wow!
Those Will Smith references when introducing Hypershock really slapped.
Why is this fight uploaded twice?
That's gotta be the biggest hit in BattleBot history.
Idk minotaur decapitating war machine was pretty big. Or war machine dancing on its head right into a killshot
What about riptide vs huge? Riptide cut huge in two pieces.
Nah y'all wrong, Uppercut legit caused not one but TWO explosions.

@@TheBarkKnight714That was Icewave
Giga shouldn't have hesitated, they had easy access to Hypers weakspot, which is its wheels
Duh.
Congrats Captain Obvious!
gigabyte was unstable and couldn’t move properly
and was waiting for a countout
yeah, he kind of shot himself in the foot letting hypershock figure out his handicap.

my though, bad driving
best....
finish....
EVER!
How many times do we have to see the full-body spinners being sliced in half???
Every single time. The best one was when riptide DESTROYED caption shredderator. I loved every. single. moment of that fight!
This happened to Gigabyte 3 times, I’m not sure about the other ones
Gigabyte gave it away. What were they thinking?
looked like they were either having drive issues or was praying for a countout from hypershock crabwalking
@T-Man so essentially showing sportsmanship
that was pretty sick. i love this sport so much.
Hypershock took a standing 8 count & mounted an epic comeback! 🤖🤖🤖
That is why when you have a shot, take it.
Gigabyte missing its opportunity made it a flying saucer
One of the BEST!
One if the best I've seen!
Gigabyte is more likely to kill its self by getting hit by the opponent then flinging by recoil then actually deal damage with its weapon.
Nothing like watching Hypershock play a game of Frisbee - and win!
super impressive

Dang, this fight was so good they decided to upload it a second time lol
That last hit was a full point.
Wow. Hypershocked.
One of the most reliable bots along with Tombstone, Riptide, Endgame n Sawblaze.
Why was this reposted?
Best knockout...ever
That's what happens when you f around and find out!!! Boom 💥
A chance to go for a wheel? That's on gigabyte.
it so cool
Finish Him! Flawless Victory
Fatality!💀
Hypershock wins.
Gigabyte was too much of a coward.
Wow! Just Wow!
It's never over till it's over...Sssssssoh Cool...
In BattleBots Bounty Hunters Season 2 (2021)
a literal KO
Wow 2/3 of the video is the intro. lol
Pretty stupid to wait and do nothing. Was likely the only opportunity Gigabyte was going to get.
I thought Michael Cole was one of the commentators saying "IT'S ALL OVER!"
Hypershock literally splitting hairs on Gigabyte.
even gigabyte was impressed by that hit
Why does team gigabyte even try? I’m genuinely asking because it seems like this always happens. It doesn’t seem like their not can be competitive in the big leagues
Gigabyte works. Watch it’s fight against Copperhead in bounty hunters
more than half of the video run-time is the INTRO... glad I can FFW..
Should have went for the tires instead of just sitting there
Gigabyte wasted time being too defensive
Should have pressed him out before they could figure out the issue

Gigabyte, more like Giga BIT!!
lol And kids is what a Fatality looks like. XD
WoW 😲 😲 😲
The video doesn't start till after 5 minutes Just a bunch of lolligagan
that's what you get for just hanging out doing nothing 👍
Gigabyte had a chance.
Gigabyte, Son of Wayachi, Tombstone. All or nothing. Kill the opponent, or kill themselves.

Gigabyte was already heavily damaged when Hypershock was limping
OW
That was some awful driving from giga. Could have easily gone after hyper shock without hitting it's blade.
Ko by hypershock
🙂👍🏻

Thanks, professional wrestling is too phony. Irritating.
@@dennismitchell5276 has nothing to do with how this video could have been shortened to a 2 minute clip
giga should have let someone younger than 90 years old drive, they could have taken hypershock out.
I mean.. you see how they've done this year with their younger drivers and i don't think that would've entirely saved them..
@@SR2448_ I could not have said it better
They tried that this year, and the new younger drivers are discovering just how difficult it is to control a full body spinner
@@davemacharoni3730 very true. Remember, John mladenik has 2 decades of driving experience. And it's primarily been with full body spinners.

Junkyard Wars.

These robots are anything but little.
These machines weigh 250 lbs. You think they should up the ante to a thousand? The audience will need better protection.
Get rid of Faruq, he's bringing this show down
Gigabyte's strat of cowering and hoping for a countout is lame ass. Why you even there? Well deserved destruction.
