I love Elisa's attitude to clothing... similar to my own. I've found many garments from charity/thrift shops that are my favourite items, and it is fun to experiment with wearing them in an unconventional fashion.

our clothes philosophy is so very similar. I love my clothes and accessories most of which are secondhand and or old. I am so careful adding anything to my wardrobe I have to love love love it. I feel very anxious about the landfill situation so I am very mindful of that always. sometimes I wear stuff days in a row if I love the outfit or love an item I will wear it with everything. I have my own style and I do not care if it's trendy I love what I love.
I had SO much doubt going in to this. The looks just slayed.
I do understand her about the socks because I have a brown men pair that give the same vibe, but they are not designer, but they work for me as well. I just love the idea of a good Jodhpurs Pants, it would be great to find a secondhand pair that fits me with a reasonable price. Her eclectic way of dressing really works for her..

OMG! I needed this today!! I'm 65 and have been struggling with my style forever!! I know what i like but question if I should wear it at my age. Something you said really made me stop and think. "What you wear can start a relationship or repels people but might repel the right right people away" What I wear should speak to me not what others think. Thank You!!!!
Never let your age be an obstacle to what you enjoy wearing. If you love your clothes you will carry it off... ignore the dissenters. I'm 69 and wear all manner of weird stuff which can cause inter-actions making life fun! x

Honestly, my wardrobe looks like yours, on a milder scale. I like used. Holes and sometimes stains. But mine isn't as interesting as yours. I think I'm trying to fade into the background. Now That I'm aware of it, I think I'll stretch out more....Thanks and You're Awesome

My locs were getting shorter and shorter. Drier and drier. Moved back to Germany. Hair growing back. More than hard water in LA. Other chems, too.
