Love the squared look.
Did you know they sell the gauge cluster trim in carbon fiber as well?
DOPE !!! ---I LOVE the after market Carbon fiber steering wheels, QUESTION: Does it keep the heating and cooling features ?? thanks .
We now offer the heated option as well (: No cooled option though
I love it… looks awesome!!!
Does this add the heated steering wheel function ? I have an LT so my car didn’t come with it but I see it has the buttons for the heated steering wheel
Hello! We do now offer the heated function for an extra $275, but as far as we have seen, the car has to be equipped with the option from factory for the heated function to work
Do these wheels come with functioning buttons already when receiving the wheel? Or would I need to take my factory buttons out and switch them to the carbon fiber wheel?
Ours come preassembled with all buttons/trims together, ready to install
@@NextGenSpeed great thank you.
Where did you find a new screw? Just ruined mine with the 50 bit...
Check your local used auto part shops or also with your dealer
I like the "Fifty" on my wheel
We can also keep the Fifty/SS badges on these as well. They can be customized mostly anyway you would like🙂
You should have just disconnected the battery is much easier but i love that steering wheel
beautifulf
What he doesn't tell you which is VERY important is to disconnect the battery before doing anything!!!!!!!!!!
Never play around with an airbag with the battery connected. WTF!
Dont use Torx 45 - you will ruin the bolt as Next-Gen Speed and i DID !!! the correct size is Torx 50.
Yes correct, you do not want that to happen. Thank you for helping out!
How did u take it out , I also stripped it
@@24KOBEThe you have to go to a welding shop he will weld a piece of iron to it to be easily removed.
What size do I use then?

Holy crap you're lucky that airbag didn't blowup in your face. Folks...unhook the battery and let it set for 15 minutes or so. And I've never ever had that much trouble with the airbag clips...use a small t-handle, not a screwdriver.
Is this real carbon fiber or hydro dipped?
Real Carbon Fiber
If you don’t want your wife coming out to the garage to see what you spent your money on?? Pull the horn fuse too
You never remove an airbag without disconnecting the battery.
Poking behind a live airbag is a good way to have it blow in your face. You really should know better before showing others how to do things in a way that can get them seriously injured.
It wasn’t live, he literally unplugged the fuse for the airbag in the video lol
