#GHOSTIN Sosa I'm old school Biker the thing is Old school was once New school in the beginning .
I used to rock cowboy boots and Spurs in the 80"s nothing fell better on your feet than $300 dollar pair Tony Lama boots

I really never thought of it like a fashion thing. Personally I go with function as #1 and looks #2.
I always ride with heavy leather boots that protect well and are convenient too. After many years of riding and one proper crash they look dope.
I also use leather gloves regardless the weather. Hands always get the hit first.
Then I have an old leather jacket that I use always. Also when not riding. It is also pretty damn worn out.
Kevlar jeans with loose fit, almost like baggy jeans as the old hiphop head I am.
I have two vests. One old school denim cut with club rockers and such. Then one leather vest with same rockers etc. denim for hot days, leather for all the other days.
I have several helmets for different weathers and different type of riding but I mostly use my WW2 pot helmet. I know it doesn’t provide proper protection but it is so friggin’ dope!
I just can't see a biker riding with UGG boots on with the fur.
My Dad said "Dress for the crash, not the ride." I always wear jeans and boots. I don't always wear a helmet now because it's not required in Florida but a helmet did save my life in Jersey when I was cut off. The only thing I can't stand is guys riding in shorts and flip-flops with a t-shirt. That's just stupid.
Dylan Visitacion, I totally agree. When I see that, I SMH and say that's gonna leave a mark.
Yes i see that lol
Dress for the slide not the ride.
Might want to rethink your helmet philosophy.
@@GardenBoy4U I definitely am rethinking. I know that I need to wear one. I'm currently in the market for a comfortable helmet. Thanks for that comment.
We passed a 100k! How far can Demons Row go?

All the way.

Idk but I'll ride out with ya fuck it lol let's see just how far
San Diego 1974 I wore steel toed engineers, 501s so oiled that beer beaded, thick leather or primary chain belt with big Harley buckle and Buck knife, striped muscle T, in cool weather a flannel of the right color, in cold a classic biker jacket. No helmet. Baloramas on the eyes, night and day. Cuts were denim or leather and everything was oily, dirt, urine and beat.If you had a clean cut, your brothers would rectify that problem. Now almost 50 years later, with a back beat from hard tails, knees beat, bones broke and healed without docs, I ride my triglide wearing sneakers, relaxed fit denims, black or blue T, heavy leather jacket when cold, 1/2 helmet. But I ride. Doing Hwy 1 from San Diego to Oregon and more this summer. You ride, you show respect, act like a man, and don’t fear death in a curve or a bar. Found your show a little while ago, recommend it to the youngsters so they don’t make mistakes. Shiny up, rubber down, Sose, West Coast Curt.
You should right a book you explain things very vivid
Respect ✊
ride on and salutes

I'm not a club member but personally I like the old school outlaw american biker look. So much in this country now is anti american or internationaly influenced. I love that clubs are still patriotic. The old timers are always gonna hate the new stuff but there's a reason why this look has stood the test of time. Only thing im ok with is a full helmet. Like you said if you ever lay it down that is gonna come in handy.
Thats the truth josh
100% facts with the full face. ONLY thing I'll wear on my head. All set with a brain bucket
Agree hundred percent even though I a dumb ass and don’t wear a helmet crazy I know
@@williamsnyder4890 Not necissarily, we wear 1/2 shells or none at times to really get into the wind. Studies have shown that the extra weight of the full face we call space helmets is it puts extra weight on your neck. Sometimes if there's impact it's enough to help break your neck from the top heaviness. It's a personal choice but either save your brain to be alive as a paraplegic which I'd rather go to sleep forever if that's my 2 choices.
@@josephstorm6093 man that is complete bs, all studies show how having a helmet is better 100% of the times. There is NO safety reason to not wear a helmet. In the us you can do it, but if you do remember that to be (arguably) more stylish you're risking your life. A stupid crash at 10mph could be fatal without a helmet. Wear a helmet, do it for your loved ones if you dont want to do it for yourself.
Here in Russia most clubs don't have strickt rules about their style of cuts, only simple rule to wear only leather cuts or denim cut. Most brothers rockin that old school style of outlook. Especially jeans. Also camo cargo pants very popular too. Comfortable clothes are given more priority than the fashion ones.

Thank you for giving skinny jeans the “Big No!” I’ve seen guys rocking skinny jeans & it’s just not the look an MC member should portray.
Lol truth
Skinny jeans are for wannabes in my opinion. Not good look at all. I don't get the whole skinny jean look
skinny jeans alrite for teenagers
I'm sure a man rocking skinny jeans disagrees with your opinion. Not everyone has the same style. Who gives a fuck what someone else wears anyway? Parachute pants, Jincos, kilt, baggy, skinny. Whatever.
@@JustinSmithPYRO , neither do I.. I wear jeans, usually a long sleeved t-shirt and my Harley boots.
I was told by an old 1% that back in the day you couldn’t even try to dress like an outlaw with a vest or wear any patches unless you were in a club and earned them you’d get a beat down. I was also told that the denim vest was for the toughest Because they are easier to rip off vs leather with a zipper so many called it the “come and take it” to show they had no fear and you couldn’t get theirs no matter how hard you tried.
Always jeans, boots, gloves, long sleeve shirt or flannel shirt!
Definately
Always
I'm old school enough that we didnt wear no skinny jeans or high dollar pants we wore what we had and always tried to look somewhat ok for public all our money went into our bikes and family. But back then a cell phone was the size of a couch cushion and MTV played music.
But truthfully tight ass jeans came way before this era
Wow, I had no idea that this was this way in the culture. I certainly wouldn’t expect an outlaw to rock up in a polo shirt and khakis, but beyond that I didn’t realize clubs had such specific dress codes. Thanks for the enlightenment Sose!
Yes def dress codes
I personally wear my everyday wear. T-shirts, jeans, and cowboy boots. That's my style on and off the bike.
Ride safe
Bad idea. Dress for the slide not the glide. Long sleeve, gloves, helmet essentials

@@foghornleghorn262 and theirs a lot of it around
I am in a bigger club and Not saying it’s the safest wearing longer below the knee Dickies shorts but here in Arizona and since I choose to ride and not cage it I wear longer Dickies shorts with longer black socks so it still protects a little from exhaust burns but you get at least a little air... That really matters when it’s 117 degrees because the blacktop is prob running up toward 130 or more . So much that it isn’t an option wearing gloves because ur fingernails feel like they are burning off. Also at those temps a full face in necessity or you can’t breathe running 85-90 mph. Also like I have always said NO FACE NO CASE. I can’t tell you how many photo radar tickets I got out of because of my full face!!
Congratulations on 100k, told you it was coming. Only bigger and better from here. Keep on keeping it real.
Thank you drew
A real biker wears confidence in who HE is not in what his club is.
I've been riding 40 years. Currently I'm riding a 1700 Triumph T-Bird. I've been asked over the years a time or two about prospecting various MC's, admittedly never a 1%er MC, but still... Every time I passed. Listening to you I realize why I instinctively passed. You're talking outlaw biker this, outlaw biker that, and "here are the rules on how you have to dress". Yeah, that wouldn't work for me. Basically the same reason I never went into the military even though I took their proficiency test and was being offered OTC from the jump. I've got this problem with authority and being told what to do. If I ever actually tried prospecting a club I'd probably had lasted 15 minutes. If that. I'm a born punk rocker. My mantra has always been "Fuck authority. AND the horse it rode in on." And that would extend to anybody trying to tell me how to dress when I'm on my ride. 😎
The same reason I came to, you almost have to come out of prison to be admitted. In the old days it's was x service members and good old men. They just like to party and ride.
Some people are too self-centered to ever experience a true sense of fraternity.
#GHOSTIN!!!... Missouri. I personally wear a heavy jacket with body armor full face helmet and boots and riders jeans. I guess i dress for the slide not for the ride..
Your ready to go
Amen, brother
Always educational. Knowledge is power. I roll with an MC, and in my personal opinion, each of us rep a free world and free choices. However, there is a fine line in terms "what" a biker should be and look like, and IF, say again IF, one is a true biker than between club policies and being true biker than ones style will represent proudly. If not than I have to question ones true interests and story. There are exceptions, but generally speaking "a duck is a duck". MUCH MUCH LOVE Demons Row !
The Levi's mandate surprises me especially since the Levi's CEO is big on gun control and partnered with Michael Bloomberg's Everytown for Gun Safety group.

I am a late 60's guy , a baby boomer , but I am for the daily wear evolving with the age group & the time's !!! Each Gen deserves there own statement in this thing ...
Yes i agree
We live in a society where clothing might get you into trouble. Not just with bikers but with society in general. Even certain fashion brands have a social message attached to them that pisses certain people off
Too many times, the “Old School” cats forget that they were at one time the “New School” cats. Sometimes we hold on to tradition only for the fact that it is tradition. Don’t get me wrong, tradition is important, when it’s important.
Yes i agree
You’re not “new school” when you’re the founder. The old school look from the 70s-2000s is from the 50s and 60s when these clubs was founded
I rock the full-face now. I used to not wear one at all. I like the comfort on long rides, especially in the rain.
Congratulations on the 100k Subscribers. Well deserved. I feel like everything evolves one way or another. Old school has always looked down at new school and it doesn’t matter what. Could be bikers, truck drivers, mechanics, military for examples. In the end it evolves anyway. Some things slowly others faster. Look at Rock and Roll. That evolved into better and better music and eventually spawned different genres. I’m not a club member so I’ll just say that the new school will have to wait their turn to put their own brand on what a biker should wear. Inevitably it will change over time. It’s just the natural cycle of things. Ride safe 👍
So true
I go with my leather jacket with a T-shirt under, then usually either some cargo pants or jeans. Never worn anything else apart from boots all my life. They're just so flexible for everyday use honestly.
Yes def
1970s wore Harness Boots, 1980s transitioned to Cowboy boots. Wear Lee boot cut jeans and Jean cut.
When I started riding in 70, had Old school tell me the jean cut was to fit on outside of leather mc jacket. Serves 2 purposes, keeps the leather from getting too hot in high temps (especially if it's wet) and your jacket can be unzipped underneath to stay cool. 2nd if you get caught in cold weather, you can wear it underneath to stay warmer.
Rocked the bandana until 2000. Went to a modular full face.
Eye watering and allergies develop with age but it's awesome running 80+mph in the rain! My Sportster throws one helluva rooster tail!😁

Everything evolves. Old school never likes anything new. That goes for every aspect in society. But it will evolve. I wear jeans boots and my jacket, I feel.a helmet is a personal choice. I wear full face for highway. And brain bucket for local. But that's me. Stay safe love you stuff. Congrats on 100k you deserve it

Thank you brother
My go to is my suede cowboy boots, Levi 511 black jeans, and my dads old long sleeve button down that he used to wear when he rode from back in the 80s
Sose, Here in Canada it’s like the States varies by region. I do see a lot of rider wearing the Leather Vest with a Hoodie underneath. But a lot of older guys wear the Denim over their Leather Jackets. Some opt for Leather Vests over their Leather Jackets. Footwear is usually Leather Boots (Our Provincial Insurance in Saskatchewan where I live actually ruled they want Riders especially new ones wearing Leather boots that cover the Ankle). Jeans are usually Levi’s dark blue. I have seen a few older guys in a particular Club wear the S.W.A.T. Style Vest. Lost of older guys still wear the old Engineer Style Boots.
Yea def brother
Carhartt or Levi's boot cut, chucks when I was younger or steel toe loggers, engineers are comfortable. Leather jacket / leather or denim cut off depending on weather. I never was much for a lid even after bouncing my skull down the road at 75mph back in the day. I had one hell of a black eye for 4 days and some road rash but it was worth every minute. I figured when my time comes it comes lid or not and I dont want to miss my spot in line anyway.
I feel the same way
I wear my boots and braces and my alpha industries ma1 flight jacket. I also like the skull caps with the bill
Ride safe
Carpenter pants, my tanker boots that were part of my old uniform, leather jacket, and always a helmet because I know what crashing feels like.
#Ghostin.
This is a cool vid. I like that you're changing it up and not just playing the serious stuff. My opinion, I like the old school look. I feel like if you're a 1, then you have to keep a certain look and attitude. That look does not have ripped or skinny jeans. It's not a fashion show. At this point in my life, I can only wish to be a 1, but that is how I look at it. I also have mixed feelings about the full-faced helmets. Living in Texas, where it gets damn hot, a full face sucks in the summer. When riding in the winter however, my face didn't get frozen in place lol. Helps with rain too. I think when riding around in town though, a "skid lid" would be cool. I'm thinkin about givin Mike at Mike's Pro Lids a call and get on myself. These are my two cents. Peace my brother. See you at church.
Def great points an yea im always looking to switch things ul
Sose,
Back in my day, the outlaw street gangs didnt wash jeans or patches (all denim) & wore Rebel hats, boots, & "jingle".

#GHOSTIN my brother. I’m not a 1% but I feel that you should follow your clubs protocols regardless of whether they are old school or new school look. Be who you are and what and who you represent. ML&R to you Brother Sose and to the brothers and sisters in the MC culture.

I'm a 70's kid, back in my day in NY street clubs rocked bell bottom Lee jeans, engineer boots and club vest. Some of those street clubs eventually evolved into an MC mine being one of them "53 yrs and still going strong". I still kinda like that old school look, I guess it reminds me of the good old days.
Awesome story would love to hear it
Next time I'm in CT I'll hit you up. 👍🏼
I’m not in a club but I think it’s a good thing that the culture has evolved because it shows that we’re flexible and can adapt, but with clothing I’m kind of in the middle.
I ride with black or sand colored leather Army combat boots. Not Corcorans airborme boots, but just combat boots. I wear jeans, and I wear a bright Yellow nylon jacket with free flow air design in the hot summers, and the jacket has elbow armor and shoulder and back and chest armor/padding. I wear a flip-face full face helmet and leather gloves. I ride a hot GSF-1200S Suzuki Bandit, which is a fast bike, 10 second quarter miles.
A bright yellow jacket?
I’m #ghostin baby! Listen, what, “old school” mentality in clubs have forgotten is that they have evolved to get to where they are today so why thwart the evolution now??? Clubs when they started aren’t the clubs that they are today. If I’m going down standing up for a brother in a club that’s one thing, if I’m going down because I was too stupid to wear a full face helmet or it wasn’t allowed by my club that’s another. Honestly, I want my brothers to be in the best position they can be in to be safe and strong and successful so I am down with the full face helmets. Get some Kevlar helmets with bullet proof visors! As far as jeans go, club specific and respect but if it’s allowed why not just wear what you want to wear? Most were attracted to the MC life for brotherhood and freedom, not more restrictions.
I love your perspective
I am in the middle. Modular helmet when raining or running through states with helmet laws. Normally I don’t wear one. Jeans: Levis 501 local and Kevlar jeans on a run. Black boots or black riding sneakers. Black bulletproof vest style cut.

@@SoseTheGhost Kevlar jeans literally will save your ass. I slid back on 04/2020 50 feet and walked away with penny size but of road rash on my hip where I forgot to put in the armor. Could of been way worse.
In Ohio anyway, the old school and new school get along well. I'm in a single chapter club, and a few of us are former bmx riders and skaters. The old timers from bigger clubs seem to accept us with open arms. We also ride hard as fuck.

Switched to a full face. Used to wear a German style helmet. Hartford denim jeans made in Hartford, CT-tough jeans I’ve ever bought. Chucks, black boots, or cowboy boots (east coast too). Flannel shirts jeans, hoodie or a heavy leather jacket, depending on the weather.
Food for thought: full face helmets defeats facial recognition
Im actually thinkin about grabbin
Shit's sure getting complicated.
Over the past 45yrs I've never given much thought as to whether or not I was a biker or an outlaw, or what I wore.
I've been dressing the same way without a problem for 50yrs, and about 35yrs ago I had a citizen friend of mines little girl ask me if I had any "regular people" clothes.
I've always dressed for success, whether it be a wreck, a fight, or whatever.
I always wear what will give me the advantage and help me to survive.
That tactic has worked for almost 70yrs because I'm still here after being shot, stabbed, beaten, and hit with 2 tons of iron a coupla times.
My ensemble over the years has included nice orange coveralls, chrome shackles, and handcuffs attached to a belly chain.
I have now added a knee brace, hip brace, and a patch over my fucked up left eye to my every day ensemble.
With the shit I've been through, I'd wear a fucking pink tutu if I thought it would give me an edge, and dare anyone to say anything about it.

Depends on the weather. Here in Missouri we have 4 seasons and two of them are extreme. Summer is hot as hell and winter is cold as fuck. I wear a heavy traditional motorcycle jacket w/ a blue denim sleeveless vest over the top. Summer is my black denim vest or my leather vest. Black Wrangler jeans and traditional American made engineer boots. No longer have to wear a helmet in MO. but I have a Arthur Fulmer burnt orange helmet that I wear on special occasions.
Yea its like that on the east
I like to wear my regular Ariat's in either dark blue or light blue boot cut. They're comfortable and don't look fancy.
The MC's that I ride with at times doesn't care what kind of lid you wear. They always say to do you, and whatever you are comfortable with. Jeans are required(no specific brands), boots are required (doesn't matter what kind as long as they are black), cuts can be leather or denim but have to be black.
Depends on the club
Jumped out of a train and fell on the station. My leather jacket saved me from a lot of scratches that day. So depending on the weather I think I'd go for road leathers and army boots.
Leathers are not for jumpin out trains be safe brother lol

I don’t believe you need to be in a club or be 1% to be a “Real Biker”. However I respect the clubs and the people that are dedicated to their clubs.
I don’t believe in following trends or fads. I believe a “Real Biker” wears whatever he is comfortable wearing as long as it’s not disrespecting a the culture or a club, like I wouldn’t want to wear a cut with fake colors or be a poser. Aside from that, wear whatever you want because at the end of the day this culture is about expression, rebellion and above all FREEDOM!
Awesome content as usual Sose! Keep it real!

I've read through several of the comments and what I've seen is a lot of people saying "I'm not in a club, but". I'm in a MC, our colors are white on black, so most of us rock regular black denim jeans and either what we call a "brother's" shirt or a support shirt that is done in our club's colors. Where it is mandatory for prospects to wear black steel toed boots or the Timberland boots. A full patch isn't required to wear boots, the majority do because it's safer for more than one reason, lol. As for our cuts some of the let's say senior members of our MC still wear a denim one, were as the newest member are rocking a black leather cut with a black liner. I think the MC world is changing and becoming more lenient on what members are wearing so far as what the clothes are made out of but when it comes to Club colors they are very absolute on what you can wear and not wear. Which I think is the way it should be if you're wanting to be a part of a specific Club then you need to abide by the clubs rules and dress accordingly.

Me personally , I'd wear a helmet on the highway but most likely not just going through town. My own opinion of course.
Whatever you wear, be comfortable and ride on.
Currently until I get more comfortable with Valkyrie I wear full jacket and full face. But denim pants and Milwaukee leather boots are my standard.
For me it's always boots and jeans, my screamin eagle jacket, or vest if it's hot out, and my Crazy Al's beanie 🍻
Thanks for another great video. Keep up the great work. ❤
Appreciate you
#Ghostin from Port Orange. Basically starting from the boots up. Boots , Batesville Tactical, sand color or black. TruSpec 24/7 gun paints, sand color with a web belt. Then a tactical t-shirts. Light colors in the summers in Florida. Heat index can reach 115. For gloves, mission made, fiberglass knuckles. Mainly lite colors in Florida. You’ll find that if your going to spend any amount of time on a bike. Tactical pants have a better cut in them and with more storage . Then jeans. Plus you can fit more “stuff” in the tactical pockets. That may buy you additional time, that you mite need.
115 is crazy it was 50 something yesterday an its summer
I rock the half helmet, shades and a gator or bandana around my neck. That's my personal comfort zone. Ill have to grab one of your bandanas to rock out with.
There only 10$
My man! Great video! Honestly, I think the old school is cool, but we could be adding some new features like different colored bandannas and maybe some different kind of boots. Those little undertones make a big difference.
#GHOSTIN black combat boots timberlands rock thou..much respect SOSE THE GHOST. Much respect
Much respect brother
I'm a product of the 80s so I fell in love with airbrushed Harleys covered in chrome with studs and frills and all that, listening to motley crue girls girls girls pretending my paddle bike was a chopper lol now that I'm grown and riding I'm a mix of new and old school, I rock my fat biker rings and leather gear and scoot on a 1200 custom with one those 3in1 Harley pilot helmets and might catch me bumbing anything from Mobb deep to David allan coe when I'm chilling. I'm a mix breed
Enjoy it brother
Hey fam. When you roll at 100. I don't care about being cute with the Bucket Helmet. When it sh #% get bad it go bad real quick on that highways. So full face helmet all day. I wear the buckets when I roll around the hood and going to bar to bar.
👊👊👊
From the Northeast. For me: Black steel toe Timberland style work boots, well worn Dickies carpenter jeans, usually a black t-shirt, laced side leather vest (no colors), and an old school cafe style leather jacket with winged bar and shield patch at the bottom panel. Sometimes a hat, a scull cap helmet, even a top hat, or a lot of the time no lid at all (ride free NH!). Works real well on my Crossbones Springer Softail,,, but hey, that’s just me...
I lean to the old skool, black industrial Boots, loose jeans, black T's & my American Legion cut, smallest DOT skid lid, covered with decals. When on Official American Legion events, black jeans, white shirt, black boots, & cut (Y) "skinny jeans, don't work with industrial boots, LOL". Stay safe Sose, Ride on "
Stay safe ride on
My 1 hour daily commute to work in 20-30 degrees - I definitely wear a full-face helmet.
Depends on the side of the east coast in the south we wear industrial boots (I’e Harley boots etc) and cowboy boots etc.
From MT. I ride my Indian Springrfield with cowboy boots, Wranglers, t-shirt/western shirt/brown leather jacket and pants (depending on weather), half helmet. Two wheels down....
Ride safe

Wear my leather cut off my jeans or camo bottoms and always my old military boots occasionally wear a wooly hat or bandana too.
Here ya have to wear a helmet by law.
Although lost my motorcycle license due to a serious eye injury I still wear all my biker stuff and still hang around with the local bikers in my area
Always rock my horse ring boots, jeans, and what ever color bandana I feel I wanna wear that day lol. Red n white, orange n white, white n black but never anything patch wise that indicates any diamond club. But my favorite color has always been red and orange
I gangbanged most my life so i dont wear colorsblack or white
@@SoseTheGhost 99% of the time I either have a Red n white or an orange n white on and I did the gang bang for awhile but just grew out of it
I just try to be comfortable so I wear Vans or Chucks, Levi's cuffed up, and whatever hoodie that's closest to the door when I'm about to jump on my bike (currently my Slaughter to Prevail knives hoodie), and Odin mfg gloves. I only wear my vest when there's a bunch of June bugs out or if I'm on the highway, and I only wear my helmet on road trips.
Much respect
GHOSTIN# Alive and well in Erie, PA. We let our Brothers wear what they want. We have our black denim work shirt soft cuts for the summer because they're cooler in hot weather. Foot gear is up to the rider too, I wear Chucks on long runs but, normally wear a hiking boot. Gloves are a must for many different reasons. Helmets, I wear a salad bowl as does my lady even though Pennsylvania has no helmet laws, my Mom made me promise her that I'd always wear a helmet and even though she's gone I still wear it because, I promised her.
We have guys from 63 to 26 years old in our club and like you we are a combination of both schools, no arguments of what to wear but, we do bust balls about the "bling jeans"
Once again Sose you touched on a good topic and once again I'll say your show is the only one that matters. Keep up the good work.
Ride Hard.
Keep the faith.
And, Hang Tough.
