    Do I do this for 30 minutes? Do I do each of these for 2 rounds? Thanks nonetheless ❤

      in general start with 10 reps of each, 1 or 2 rounds, work up to 15-20 reps as long as it's painfree.

    My right hurts a lot. My left hurts about 1/3 rd. Now what do I do. Plus both my wrist & hands hurt & r stiff so much. I’m crying everyday. Even as I write this
