Persistent rewards and Pom strength are doubled, while Boons are more likely to be of higher rarity."

Eh. After fighting her a couple times being cursed is pretty easy to deal with. In sheep form you still run pretty fast to dodge everything anyways, it’s more annoying than harmful. I can see it being devastating for people practicing speed running.
@@boozledbamboozeler3822 you can also do a little attack while sheeped, only 5 damage but you lunge forward a bit. Alternate with dashing and you can move around well enough to dodge anything
I like that hades 2 is just plain different in terms of gameplay to the first and not copypaste, you can just simple play bot games at the same time and dont feel they are came one after the other
perfect sequel imo. not so similar that you think it should've been an expansion, and not so different that you think it should've been a new IP because it has nothing to do with the original. just a new take on the game. also the gameplay reflects the characters. zag is rash and angry, and starts the adventure as a sudden decision. so his gameplay is fast and pretty button mashy, the combat is more about the weapons. melinoe is a witch, and she's been practicing for this since childhood. so her gameplay is more meticulous and involves more resource management. the combat is more about her magic powes. also she's more involved in gathering resources because she's a witch and needs materials to so witchcraft.
Shoutout to the people who pay to ask questions that Charlie always answers. Lets me tune into the stream after the fact and just scroll to see a few questions asked and I can get my answers on whether it's a buy or not.

I only beat Hades himself a couple times... bearing in mind this is the first actiony game I really played since Bayonetta 2 or something, lol. I really love it, I'm just not all that great at it. Does it have different difficulties? So I could get used to it then turn it up or is it only one difficulty? I want to play the first one then this but If it has no difficulty setting then I won't buy it.
It has god mode which you can turn on and off freely, and in the first one, after you beat the game you can make each run harder, which makes each run get progressively harder. But besides God mode (which makes you invulnerable) there isn't a difficulty

It’s definitely got a different vibe with the same mechanics of Hades. I personally love it, I find it different enough to enjoy! It’s a lot darker than the original especially the storyline, all the gods are in their war forms and milanoe has been through some shit
