@@radicalx4205 In a double elimination tournament, in the grand finals, the person who comes from the lower bracket has already lost a series, while the one from the winner's is undefeated. For the matchup to be fair, the winner's finalist should have two chances to win. The loser already exhausted the first chance. Hope that's clear enough.

​@@n4v32x Yeah true, I'd also prefer a double elimination grand final tbh. But you also need to consider, that all players are aware of the single bo5 finals rule and therefore often don't use their best or hidden strategies during the winnerbracket. So I wouldn't say Icebarrier got robbed even though I'd agree, that the advantage of going undefeated in the winnerbracket wasn't as big as it should be.
