I also got celestial from my first heveanly II and then a comet breakthrough the second time 😑. Also, all of the luck boosts only add not multiply besides the 2x every 10 rolls(I think), if you hover over the buffs in the bottom right it says + x%, not * x%. If they did multiply heavenly II would be a guaranteed 1/1m+
