Yes the could and should. Must of the time they do that then send off to the Engineers to mix their stuff. They get ideas all times of day right?? Yes I think it’s cool. It all varies with choice and budget!!!!✅✅✅✊✊✊

I haven’t even watched but YES… EVERY ARTIST should have a home set up. It’s like cooking… you can cook for a life time when you KNOW how to opposed to eating out (Going To The Studio) . I say yes get a home studio for tracking yes… and outsource for mixing/mastering until you learn how to do those things later. Mixing and mastering is an entirely different conversation.

@@SupremeSpeaking for sure. I started using a DAW at 13 and I’m 29 now. I went to school for a couple years and learned some tips but everybody over complicates it. Instead of watching RUclips videos, use AI to answer questions. I honestly might not be the best mixer, but I know how to take a track and tailor it to my needs by adjusting levels from stems and doing basic editing. It can get really pedantic, but I believe in buying good plugins. Too often your creativity can be stifled by using uninspiring sounds in the DAW. Once you just realize it’s for fun, and you don’t have to spend more than an hour, I think you reach the next step. I’d be interested in listening to anything you have put out. The quality of this song for instance is pretty bad but it’s the last little thing I did after I bought melodyne and just used it to change formants. ruclips.net/video/KiZ86tojnDQ/видео.html

What mic do you prefer or what one do you think is better the audio technica AT2020 or Antelope Audio Axino Synergy Core USB
The Axino has more options with microphone modeling. Also, look at the Sony C80. Also, right now the microphones I prefere and my top 3 are the Neumann U87 Ai, Lauten Audio Atlantis and UA Sphere DLX. Thanks for dropping by.

You are welcome and thank you dropping by. I'm actually using acoustic curtains which I installed yesterday. Also, I may put 2 additional panels slightly in front of the window. It depends on how the new measurement go when I install the bass trap. Thank you for commenting.
Thanks Archie, how do you deal with your windows behind your massive speakers? I have thick panels right behind my speakers. I wish you could throw out some in depth recording and mixing techniques tips and tricks.
