Im installing the @ciro3d_goldstrike3d Twin Rail Foot rests on my 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra, you could consider this part 2 to the Frame mounted highway peg mount video that I did awhile back. the Black Twin Rail foot rests really finish off the look of the frame mounted highway peg mount, its clean and stealthy while providing an extremely comfortable riding position for your feet.

use a nylon washer for the seat bolt

I found some felt that I am going to try to glue unto the seat mount, hopefully that will provide a bit of a buffer without being too thick?

I use 3M protective film under my seat.

You could get a fender skin

Or you could even go out and get rubber grommets from Home Depot for like plumbing. And put it under you seat mount.

So i just traded in a heritage softail classic for an ultra limited low! Engine guard seems to far away! Where do i find that bracket for pegs?

Have you had any issues with the frame mounted pegs dragging before your floorboards, or do the floorboards still drag first?

No issues.. I think the mount is about the same as the stock foot board mount that it replaces.
