To bad the timer starts before you engage the monster, you loose a good 10 seconds maybe more maybe less running up to the darn things or finding the darn things.
how do you switch the charge from your sword into the shield while still in SnS mode? I always switch to axe and then press x and a and hold down r but IDK how to do it in shield mode

You can look up a video tutorial on the weapon to learn more about them, but essentially, the guard points are little frames of animation where your character holds the shield out in front of them, blocking and attack if you time it juuuuuust right.
Very nice. You wouldn't happen to go to /mhg/ on 4chan, would you? Someone there posted a similar armor set to this a couple of months back (that also has Load Up on it) and also got about 3 minutes for G2 Gravios. Makes me wonder how much damage a full 6-phial Ultra AED with a Fatalis Charge Blade and Dragon Atk +3 can do on Gogmazios's head.
CantaPerMe Well cb is the only weapon i use so i might try that. But, the problem is I won't possibly be able to fit that in to one of my honed blades sets, cause my charms suck TwT.

You need guard up for the breath, gas and beam attacks, otherwise you can't

António Barbosa it's called guard pointing. Morph your shield the moment your about to get hit and press x+a

Daniel Chung X+A after any attack in sword mode for a shield bash, then X+A again to do the same move you do after switching to axe mode.

+Erl X the battler get Garuga X set if possible, it's a great one for seregios weapons
