What do YOU think is the catchiest cartoon theme song? Let us know below!
one of my favorites is Ben 10 2005.
Lazytown
SVTFOE was pretty catchy
But Scooby Doo and Phineas and Ferb are my favorites
Phineas and Ferb, or Danny Phantom!
I clicked the second i saw "What's New Scooby-Doo" in the thumbnail! and these aren't just the catchiest cartoon theme songs, they're some of the greatest cartoon theme songs in all recorded history!!!
Agreed, I still remember the song, performed by Simple Plan, which is the perfect intro!
Easily the catchiest of all the Scooby Doo themes
What’s a thumbnail?
Same here
That's how fast I clicked too!
I cant believe The Fairly Odd Parents' intro didn't even get an honorable mention 😢
I loved this show when I was a kid
But At Least Both Danny Phantom & Fairly Oddparents Has The Same Creator. Butch Hartman.
I love that cartoon
I mean well.....ur not wrong.
Guess you could say the oversight was...obtuse.
Rubber Goose
Green Moose
Guava Juice
Forget Fairly OddParents. They completely snubbed VeggieTales.
Batman: The Animated Series theme song should DEFINITELY have been on here, it's so iconic!
I was super depressed today, with 0 moral to do anything, and when I saw this on recommended, already felt happy, thank you Ms Mojo
Edit: just finished it, all the top tens deserve #1, props for actually choosing one
"Danny Phantom" immediately came to my mind. The opening song was so catchy, that I'd always sing along!
Agree with that lets see how many People in the comments can sing it with me he,s a phantom
Yes thanks
@@lewishamilton.f1.44 Young Danny Fenton, he was just 14, when his parents built a very strange machine.
@@kylecocciante4362 it was designed to test a world unseen
@@lewishamilton.f1.44 He's gonna catch them all cause he's Danny Phantom
Phineas and Ferb is one of the greatest shows in Disney History Period.
“Mom, Phineas and Ferb are making a title sequence” 🤣 I love Candace. Makes me laugh every time. 🤣🤣
The part where Candace calls out to their mom about them making a title sequence perfectly shows her personality and her role in the series.
Probably only second to jessie
Agreed!
I think not so Many cartoons out there who disagree
I wanted to see "Jake the American dragon" on here lol, its sooooo good.
Growing up,, I personally found "Chalk Zone's" opening to be quite catchy. Simple, but catchy.
Yes. But that guitar had no business being that good
@@itatsuuchiha96 Yeah no kidding. Unexpected back then for sure.
My god yes! I don't know why they didn't add it in here. Chalk Zone legit was one of the catchiest theme songs I ever saw on Nickelodeon. I would sing it every single time it aired on Saturdays and even after that. I still know the whole thing by heart.
ChalkZone has all 20 of these selections beat by at least 20 more. Killer music aside, it's every kid's dream to have their art come to life.
@@hydellas678 To be fair, it has a total of six words that make up three lyrics, but yeah. It should have been number one for the instruments, lyrics, and visuals.
I thought of some honorable mentions. & by “some” I mean alot:
- Tiny Toon Adventures Theme
- Animaniacs Theme (Past & Reboot)
- Pinky & The Brain Theme
- Fairly OddParents Theme
- Jimmy Neutron Theme
- CatDog Theme
- Hey Arnold! Theme
- Rugrats Theme
- Dexter’s Laboratory Theme
- Powerpuff Girls Theme
- Adventure Time Theme
- The Smurfs Theme
- The Lion Guard Theme
We're tiny, we're toony, we're all a little looney! I totally forgot about that show. :) I was thinking Powerpuff Girls as well, and Fairly Oddparents is a good one too.
I'm kind of shocked that neither The Proud Family theme song nor the theme song from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic were mentioned on this list considering that both theme songs are very catchy and both shows were very popular during the time that they were on air.
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series
@@kidanygascot1410, I’m pretty sure I would’ve included them, but I never watched either show so I never heard the theme songs, sorry.
Plz ms mojo for this list to be part 2
the original Scooby Doo theme is timeless and everything.
But that Simple Plan cover is just way catchier IMO
Agreed.
batman the brave and the bold theme song, dinosaur king theme song, inspector gadget theme song
No Captain Planet theme song? Absolute banger. I guess only the ending version has lyrics, but we were all most definitely singing them.

I just can't understand how X-Men 90s animated series intro song is not featured in this video. Everybody knows that song...its epic and iconic
No lyrics to sing along with.
@@mixofreak but they had other cartoons on here with no lyrics.
@@danishaffer6099 only one: Gravity Falls. Between the whole list and the X-Men theme song, I honestly would have swapped out Ed, Edd, and Eddy to give it a high placement, because it barely had any lyrics at all, but my point still stands. Overall, the list was of theme songs *with* lyrics because they were more catchy. Gravity Falls is one that was definitely catchy without them. Ed, Edd, and Eddy's theme just didn't do anything for me when it came out, or now. Some I'd never heard before, but they were more catchy than that, and my point was that skewed the list. Others I would have swapped out would be Johnny Test, 6teen and Total Drama, swapping in the Extreme Ghostbusters theme (Yes, it is a remix of the movie theme, but it is bangin'), the 90s Spider-Man themes, and the 90s Batman theme respectively.
@@mixofreak I guess we will have to agree to disagree then. Cuz Ed, Edd, and Eddy didn’t have lyrics, but I still loved it. I thought Total Drama Island was good too. Yes the 6teen was a lame. But I still think the X-Amex theme deserves a spot too.
@@danishaffer6099 It does have lyrics, simple as it is: "Ed, Edd, n Eddy" at the start, and again later, along with "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrryeahhhh." Barely lyrics, but still, some.
We definitely need a part two to this list
Agreed, they forgot waaaaaaaay too many!!
What needs to be at the top is VeggieTales.
@@josephmilsark123 Am pretty sure they are doing big kids cartoons
@@m56214 VeggieTales is enjoyed by viewers young and old.
Yea with ben 10 orginal theme song
Speaking of no lyric themes, I really love the Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends theme.
Yes, that is another one I am sincerely confused on why it's not in here even tho "The Jetsons" is. Am I missing something?
I thought "Jane and the Dragon", "Erky and Perky" and "Ben 10" were absolutely fabulous themes too! All the ones listed are total bops but those have a special place in my heart! 😊
I am shocked to see that someone here has mentioned Jane and the Dragon. That cartoon is very underrated. Definitely has a catchy theme song indeed.
The amount of times I couldn't stop singing “Gotta Catch Em All” as a kid. Back then it was “Let it go” before it even existed.
and the teen titan's theme
NUMBER 7?!?!?!?!?! Tell me that was an extended April fool’s joke!
Ok but please explain to me why tf mojo keeps making the mistake of adding that to a "cartoon" list when Pokémon is an anime?
@@hydellas678 the show was on Cartoon Network back then. So I guess that's why.
@@raven3067 I guess so.
I'm a guy who grew up in the early 2000s and 2010s and I remember all of these.
Me too! Honestly my favorites had to be all of the TMMT theme songs, I loved the shows when I was younger
@@moonieistired7263 same
@@moonieistired7263 I'd agree but my favorite is the one from 2012
The Samurai Jack and Classic Ben 10 Theme Songs Still Always my Favorite
Kim Possible and Danny Phantom’s theme is one of the absolute best catchiest songs in the 21st century period.
Ben 10 should’ve been an honourable mention
I would say that until the early 2000s, The Flintstones was Hanna-Barbera's second-most active franchise next to Scooby-Doo, even with that gap period between Pup and Zombie Island
This brings back so much childhood memories nostalgia a lot to me. Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon were my best theme songs 90s to 2000s.
While these songs are all catchy how the heck is Xmen the animated series not on this list? That jam is still to this day one of the best themes I've heard in my life.
Original Spiderman theme song is a classic. Also, Thundercats, Transformers, Silverhawks, X-men, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
seriously all of these!
Thundercats 😆😆 yaaasss!
SILVERHAWKS yeesssssss loved that song
Spectacular Spiderman has a catchy theme song too though imo.
All of these!!! Yasss
The Total Drama and Pokémon Theme Songs are always stuck in my head 24-7 everyday.
There are so many other theme songs that immediately come to my mind: The Gummibears, Darkwing Duck, Animaniacs, Tom and Jerry just to name a few that deserve to be on this list. Way more than most of the first half of the intros I saw here.
Darkwing Duck! Also Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers and Inspector Gadget need to be on this list (or the next one!)
I was just about to write this comment regarding C&D and IG. I thought for sure they would make an appearance.
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series
Yes and don't forget
Animaniacs
Tiny Toons
Tom and Jerry Kids
Captain Planet end theme
Digimon
Bonkers
And Freakazoid
@@jandreidrn Both of them
Absolutely 👍🏽❤️
My homegirl Christina Milian topped the list!
It turns out I was right, you can never watch too much Kim Possible. It was my religion for the majority of my early childhood. I'm so happy 😊🎉🥳
Given that the Disney afternoon lineup was my childhood, I’m disappointed that those songs didn’t make the cut, specifically Tailspin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Gummy Bears and Rescue Rangers.
I was singing the Gummy Bears theme to a friend the other day and she was just looking at me with the most confused look 😅
Ima let you finish but Jem and the Holograms had the best cartoon theme song of all time! This is Truly Outrageous! Truly, truly, truly outrageous!
I think we all knew “Call Me, Beep Me” was going to be #1. It definitely gets me amped up whenever I listen to it.😊💖
I’m also glad the “Teen Titans” theme song made the list as well as “Danny Phantom.”❤️
it shouldn't be
Nope, I thought the Flintstones or Scooby-Doo Doo was gonna take it tbh.
As great as that theme is, it isn’t the best of all time. I’m sorry. DuckTales, Scooby-Doo, Phineas and Ferb, and Animaniacs are all better. Shocked it made number 1. There were SO many great themes that should’ve made this list, but didn’t.
inspector gadget theme song should be on the list especially the 80s version and the 2015 reboot
I’m disappointed Proud Family is not on here! Destiny’s Child and Solange?! 💕 The reboot kept the nostalgia, but the original is iconic.
I love Rocket Power even though it’s so simple. I also can’t help but sing along to Dora the Explorer’s theme! I’m surprised SpongeBob wasn’t higher but I think this is a really good list.
Absolutely agree. Proud family should've been on here
was a crappy show with a crappy song
Here's more cartoon intros that are not on the list.
Inspector Gadget (1983-1986/2015-)
Transformers (1984-1987)
Almost naked animals (2010-2013)
Dinosaur King (2008-2011)
Family guy (1999-)
Batman: the animated Series (1992-1995)
American Dad (2005-)
Spider man (1967-1969)
Dragon Ball Z (1986-)
Wacky Races (1968-1969/2017-2019)
Ben 10 (2005-2008)
OK, but - I've been singing the "Gummy Bears" theme song since the early 90's! "Gummy Bears...bouncing here and there and everywhere...high adventure that's beyond compare...."
I'm surprised theme songs for Dragon Hunters, Hero Elementary, Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, Alma's Way, The Magic School Bus, and Steven Universe aren't on this list.
Although in my opinion, the original Teen Titans theme song should've at least been in the top ten, I COMPLETELY agree with the Kim Possible theme song being number one! Kim Possible was my entire childhood. Now I gotta listen to it.
Agreed!
Teen Titans, Fairly OddParents, The Proud Family and Gravity Falls are top 10 in my opinion. Kim is a top 10 if not top 5, BUT it isn’t number 1 all time. Hell, it’s not even the best Disney cartoon theme, behind Phineas and Ferb.
Bakugan theme song
The original Pokemon theme song will ALWAYS be a classic!! I will admit the "Pokemon Jotto" theme song was also very good, but it will never hold a candle to the original!! Thanks for including it, and bringing back my childhood! 😊
But it still doesn't belong on this list since its an anime and not a cartoon 😶
@@hydellas678 can it be both?
@@sheikhumar8242 Some people consider it to be both so I guess it depends.
Pokemon isn't even a cartoon though lmao
@@tjtg8861 Yup. Exactly.
“Call Me, Beep Me” is so iconic, that the tone is always being mistaken with Power Ranger’s theme. Even I’ve made that mistake.
Mucha Lucha is also a hit. Can’t believe it wasn’t at least an honorable mention.
Mucha Lucha was sooooo fun!
I loved Kim Possible when I was a kid.
I always thought the Recess theme was really catchy. I could whistle it all the way through and i just loved it.
Same here.
Phineas and Ferb is one of my favourites Cartoon TV shows of all time! So catchy!
Yeah I miss that show ever since it's not on tv anymore but it was my favorite to
@@leahluostarinen HBO Max exists them if you want to relieve the memory of these classic cartoons.
The Gargoyles theme is still stuck in my head. I wish Disney should reboot the series. Can’t believe it’s been 25 years since ABC cancelled the series for no reason due to a cliffhanger left unsolved.
Gargoyles rocked!! one of my favorites =)
Excellent shout out for the Gargoyles. Good call here!
Every once in a while I get that stuck in my head and it's honestly magical omg
Did you all know some years ago Jordan Peele (MadTV, Key&Peele, Get Out, and Us) pitched to do a live action Gargoyles movie to Disney and they shut him down
YESSSS YOU'VE MADE MY DAY! I didn't think it qualified but I thought of it anyway!
Loved it. So happy to see Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi on here. Haven't seen the show in years and just jammed when it came on this list.
I also call for a video with the top songs in animated movies. Example: Eye 2 Eye (or I2I) from the Goofy Movie.
When i was younger to this day, Through My Own Eyes from Liberty Kids will always be freaking awesome.
Yes!!!! That theme song was definitely catchy as heck. Inspirational and emotional too at that (imo.)
So glad 6teen and total drama made the list
My personal favorites are Teen Titians (original), Phineas and Ferb, Ed Edd and Eddy, Spongebob and What's New Scooby-Doo.
The 80s TMNT theme is so dang catchy. Love it.
6teen is sickeningly underrated so I'm very happy to see it on this list!! Loved that show when I was, well, a teenager!
Was anyone else expecting to see "The Simpsons" on here? It is a cartoon afterall with a fairly well known and catchy theme song in my opinion.
Bugs Bunny too!
There has to be a part two of this, There are so many other theme songs that absolutely slap: The Owl House Theme and The Monster High Theme (2 of my top favs)
I think Inspector Gadget should have been on here. That song pops in my head rent free.
I agree. One of the most iconic, catchiest, timeless, and best theme songs for a cartoon out there imo. I always get that song stuck in my head every time I watch or even think about inspector gadget lol.
It should've made the list
"The Jetsons" got me thinking of Little Einsteins- but when i saw that anim style you got me thinking of The Flintstones-
The Magic School Bus… A bop😂
Literally every pbs, cbs, and abc cartoon back in the day was a bop imo.
Jem not being mentioned is truly outrageous
Truly truly truly outrageous
Nice. Never watched it, but still remember that song.
@@ChronoBio Exactly. I never seen an episode myself either. Lol
It's amazing just how huge of an impact some of these theme songs have had and continue to have on multiple generations of fans.
My favourite TMNT song by far is the 2012 version seeing as it's the one I grew up jamming to. Not to mention that the animation style made an impact too and the little character descriptions they added to the intro was nice
For me it’s:
The Jetsons
TMNT (80s version)
6teen (every weekdays at 8 pm)
80s version of Ducktales
Meet the Flintstones
90s theme of Pokémon
High School Memories: Phineas and Ferb
70s version and Simple Plan version of Scooby Doo
Kim Possible (every weekdays at 4 pm)
Dude, I am seriously missing my childhood every day
The pokemon theme from Advanced Battle (gen3) is great too
I still listen to the Golden Era Cartoon Network Theme Tunes. Also, I love the fact that there’s a whole community out there that loves it too.
The fact that most of these theme songs are form the 90s-2000s timeline proves that it was and is still the best era for cartoons meanwhile this decade can't seem to make a decent high quality cartoon without being owned by Disney.
i have tons of cartoon themes stuck in my head since the 90's and looney tunes theme is the one that randomly plays in my mind
Yesterday my little sister and I were listening to kids shows theme songs and I said “Wow. Kid shows theme songs are so catchy”
I'm sorry... Where's Courage the Cowardly Dog, Animaniacs, Rugrats, Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern life, Catdog, Cow and Chicken, Pinky and the Brain, Ren and Stimpy? My whole childhood is missing! XD
Hopefully my list had some people's favorites.
I know. How do you miss Rugrats
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series
Omg that is my after school time and weekends with those shows back in the day
came here to see if anyone mentioned angry beavers!!
@@pookiedookiedoo It was super catchy! That show had even made so many original songs.
"Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers" and "M.A.S.K." are two that immediately come to mind.
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series
I always LOVED the Total Drama and 6teen theme song! 😊
Kim possible, scooby doo definitely are amazing theme tunes and the rest on the list are good but I can't believe poddington peas was not on the list, that still pops into my head even though I'm 20 and haven't watched the show in over 10 years because the theme is that catchy
Top 10 Best Scooby-Doo Movies (So Far)!
good idea
It’s out now
Elementary school teacher: Write down what do you wanna be when you grow up.
Me: I wanna be famous
I am SO glad that 6teen wasn't overlooked! That show is still my jam!
The kimpossible theme was such nostalgia takes me back to Saturday mornings on itv everytime back in 2003 😅
Trollhunters, 3Below, Spectacular Spider-Man, & Batman: The Animated Series; all shows with amazing and catchy themes
Especially spectacular Spider-Man
In my opinion, the Phineas & Ferb and Total Drama theme songs should've been ranked higher. They're just that catchy
these are not only catchy, but they are also so nostalgic
My top five catchiest theme songs
5. DC Superhero girls
4. The Loud House
3. Teen Titans
2, TMNT 2012
1. What’s New Scooby Doo.
I remember the entire speech class Junior year, burst out singing the Pokemon Theme song. ❤️ Great core memory right there.
You know Ed Edd N Eddy theme song from the show that actually taught me how to whistle when I was a kid. I didn't know how to whistle at that time, but after hearing that theme song I just started whistling without even knowing it.
You’re making me feel like a kid again LOL
🎵 What’s New Scooby Doo 🎶
Some other honorable mentions that have to be put on here:
- Justice League & Justice League Unlimited
- Animaniacs
- Pinky & the Brain
- Tiny Toon Adventures
- Static Shock (all of them)
- Jackie Chan Adventures
- Sonic X
- Yu-Gi-Oh, GX, & 5Ds
- Ben 10
- Generator Rex
- Samurai Jack
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series
Yugioh and Yugioh GX r anime though but most of the rest of these I highly agree with.
@@jandreidrn Sonic Underground was quite catchy too imo.
@@hydellas678 yeah, but not as catchy as "The Fastest Thing Alive" imo.
@@jandreidrn Understandable.
I feel like people forget the Rugrats: All Grown up theme. I’m not sure if it’s has iconic as the theme songs on this list but it’s still amazing and deserves some recognition.
I'm amazed the 1985 THUNDERCATS Theme didn't make the list... a great opening sequence with Cool Guitar Riffs! 🤘😚
I wish Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers was on the list. That is hands down my favorite theme song, it is so catchy. There’s other animated shows that are catchy, Ducktales is close, but Chip n Dale is too catchy for me.
I can live without them mentioning Transformers, He-Man, Jem, Thundercats and GI Joe; but leaving Chip and Dale off should be criminal.

One of the best sure but not the best.
I grew up watching Nickelodeon's TMNT theme song and even through I never get watch it,
I still love the Hip-Hop spin too.
I agree, "What's New Scooby doo?" had no business being that good, and it has "na na na's" proving what was said on the Total Drama entry hahaha
I wish Casagrandes's theme song was featured in the list too, That's as catchy as TLH theme song too.
Not really.
i actually liked the Casagrandes theme

YEAH BABY! You couldn't mention the catchiest theme songs without the "Teen Titans" theme song. Especially after you mentioned "Hi Hi" from the puffy ami yumi show :)
I love love LOVE that u guys put 6teen in here!
As a Xennial, I think I’m too old for this list. Why is Ducktales so low? Where are Rescue Rangers, Muppet Babies, Tiny Toons? Animaniacs? X-men?
Muppet Babies 100% should've been on here.
Officially the best RUclips channel.. No way y'all out here making me cry reminiscing on my childhood ❤️🥺
I still miss those days. Good times, man.
I LOVE every single one of these songs! If you ever do another list you should include some of these ones too. Fairly odd parents, Arthur, cyber chase, chip and dale rescue rangers, penny proud, rug rats, popeye the sailor, liberty's kids, class of the titans, Clifford the big red dog, fetch with ruff roffman, my hero academia (any season), demon slayer, one piece, powerpuff girls, and/or the Simpsons
Thanks for keeping different versions of cartoons together. It probably wouldn’t be as good of a list if they were broken up.
why did I sing "Spongeybob Squarepants" when I was younger lol
I'm really glad Star Vs The Forces of Evil got a space on here, I love that theme and show. Also so happy the ending song got a shout out as well!
I totally agree with Call me Beep me being number one! I can’t stop listening to that song.
Fun fact: printer ink is more expensive than human blood
RESCUE RANGERS BETTER BE IN HERE.
I must admit the 2012 TMNT song is nostalgic for me being one of my childhood shows
This was nice! It took me back to good memories! The Jetsons and the Flinstones and Scooby-doo!
