I dont think Nikkis viewers realize how dedicated she is to filming. All these shots where she's walking from far away with camper is Nikki literally leaving the camera filming on a stand, walking far away from it, walking around doing whatever, then walking alllll the way back to the camera and then continuing her journey. It's so time consuming especially on the hikes.

Yes, I think about that in her videos all the time. I think she and Camper enjoy it, they love it and that’s why she’s so good at it. I just love seeing their devotion to eachother and their journey 💕
Camper has the most awesome dog life. He gets to spend nearly 24x7 with his favorite person in the world, explore new places all of the time, and meet new people.

@@moksha1167 I definitely prefer to have my dog off-leash when possible. They get a lot more exercise that way, and get to experience freedom. I never let mine run around dragging his leash -- I'm concerned Camper will get injured doing that. I understand that Camper will go nuts and disappear if he spots something like a squirrel and Nikki will probably have a bad time right after that if he's off-leash. Mine never runs off but my previous one had to stay on the leash unless he was fenced in.
Thank you Nikki. My Dad and step-mom used to set up in quartzite. When you were running down the isle I saw the camper they used to use out there when they would set up. You also helped me realize that I am definitely going to have to go back to Arizona. Man! I miss my dad. 😳

Quartzite has the world's largest RV show at the end of January every year and there are thousands of campers all around the desert for about 4 months at that time of year and in the summer months when it's blazing hot it's a ghost town all most!

I've lived off grid full time on the Arizona/Nevada Border for the last 2 yrs in my 40 ft RV!!!! I don't think I'll ever go back to a conventional home when I can move my home anywhere I want at any time!!!! All of Arizona and Nevada is filled with Fulltime Off Grid Living!!! I love living off the grid with my 2 dogs and my 3 kids part time as well!!!

My wisconsin neighbor bought a chrysler min van to go sking in colorado and biking all over california and utah. Large agm battery under the passenger seat for coffeemaker and inverter and microwave. Tons more room in the mini van and double the ground clearance. Big deck on the trailer hitch allows 40 gallons of water in a plastic box in back. Plus a shower and small lp grill. He has been sking 3 months and is very comfortable. I know the prius has lots of room inside but the mini van to a sprinter would be so much more comfy. I have a gen 1 sequoia and if I pulled the 2 rows of rear seats you could sleep 2 and have a comfy setup inside. Plus the 4wd and 11.5 inch clearance is useful on trails and gravel.

A cool video on Quartzite Nikki, but don’t forget Prescott too! We bought a retirement home here in February of 2020 and moved here full time in April of 2021 after I retired from the railroad in LA. We’re over on the west side of town off Thumb Butte road and there are great hiking trails up to and around Thumb Butte and there are also great hiking trails around Watson Lake on the north east side of town, you should give it a try. It would make a great video for your channel too exploring the area and Camper would love the grass around court house square and the people on whiskey row.

I actually bought my Motorhome from a guy that lives in Quartzsite. He showed me around and I learned a lot about the area. Gave me some rocks and it was a good time. It was August and 115*. My son and I drove the Motorhome back to Wisconsin. I'd like to go back one day.

For hiking high in the rocks you should have a harness on camper if he falls you don't want to be holding him by his throat just a suggestion
