This is great. I have been training for almost a year. I missed my training yesterday, so I searched for a shoulder + arm workout and found this channel. Today was the best training of my life. You’d be surprised! Started w lower volume & over time my body adjusted as I increased it 💪🏼 I log every lift then incrementally boost the weight while maintaining a focus on form 👌🏼

Hey Logan, have you ever dealt with forearm/wrist pain from heavy curling? If yes, how did you fix it ?
ooh totally.. get a proper warmup & keep a slight wrist bend throughout your reps! there are forearm/wrist stretches I’ve been doing for years now too

you mention soreness always man, and i keep never getting sore, i guess i should increase the volume or what you recommend? i already take all sets close or to positive failure, slow negatives
Call me old school but I use soreness as a reference for workout effectiveness.. that being said it’s important that every aspect of recovery (sleep, stretching, caloric intake, etc.) is consistent!
Also if you don't feel sore the next day your body is adapting to your workout regimen over time so every month or so try changing your workouts. For example if you trained triceps and only did skull crusher's for instance, your body would adapt and over time your soreness would decrease. So what ever movement you're training make sure you implement different exercises to that specific muscle group to shock your muscles 👌

Getting that brachioradialis on rg curls plus I throw in wrist curls every other arm day 👌🏼 lots of heavy rowing & deadlifts produce the side effect of forearm & trap size for me
