    • @channelforqualityeducation2195
      @channelforqualityeducation2195  3 года назад

      Hi dear! Apology for the late reply. A conditional clause is actually an Adverb clause, they are called conditional because they are introduced by the subordinating conjunctions if, whether, provided that, etc. Moreover, the sentence itself states the condition.

      Because for noun clauses we can identify them by replacing what to the noun clause like do you know..and the person replies what so it means it will be a noun clause ...

    • @channelforqualityeducation2195
      @channelforqualityeducation2195  3 года назад +7

      Hi Kuldeep. It's a good question. An adjective clause usually comes after the noun it modifies and begins with a relative pronoun or relative adverb. I went through many explanations & examples; I suggest you choose the Adjective clause if both options are there. However, if the only option is a Relative clause, then you can choose it. Literally, both modify the noun or pronoun that comes before them. A Relative clause becomes an Adjective clause as it modifies nouns.
      Kuldeep dear, if you need some detailed explanation you can contact me via audio-video channel on messenger. Thanks.

      Hi Priya! sorry for the late seeing. If you look at the underlined clause, it explains the verb 'taking' and 'object' medicine. In short, we can say it adds the information and explains (telling the reason why medicine is being taken) the verb. so it is adverb and the clause is an adverb clause.

    • @channelforqualityeducation2195

      We choose the Adjective pronoun because 'who' is modifying a noun (person borrowed the book). Here, the whole clause is working as an Adjective.
