Turn-key for sure... that's a plus for anyone not looking to fix up a place. Love the neutrals, very tastefully done. Love the proximity to services and you gotta love the guy coming around to sell potatoes, onions and nuts, so Italian ❤ Great kitchen and spectacular view.
It's nice to walk to the old town shops and beaches and train . like old times . right out of a Disney Movie . ( the Onion Guy needs to calm down ) lol
Reasonable price for that nice renovation and view! I'd love to see more of San Nicola Arcella this year. Loved that you closed the video with the onion man! 🤣 Reminds me of when I lived in Taipei from 92 to 95, where there were similar small trucks with loudspeakers. Depending on which day and time of day, they were selling something, or were promoting political candidates, or were just the garbage trucks telling people to bring out their trash!

€159k is not bad for the location and such a nice place. Is that onion guy a daily occurrence? I remember running out for the ice cream truck, but I just can't see running out for onions. 😂😊😂😅 Almost forgot. What floor is that on, and is there a lift? You started inside the apartment, so I did not see any exterior shots. Ciao!
Hi! These onions are special though. They are Tropea onions and they are the sweetest, most beautiful onions ever. There is no lift and I think I wet up 2 flights of comfortable stairs. I would not recommend it for severely mobility impaired.
Hey Chris! The central heating you showed, is that what is considered radiator heating? For the apartment I'm purchasing in Scalea, I'm considering adding heating and they mentioned it would be radiator heating. I'm just curious if that's what it looks like. Thanks! ☺️
Hi April, Yes that is radiator heating. For your apartment, if it is small, the splits work great. Also in Casa Cristina we have a new system in the rooms that is for heat and AC and radiators in the halls and stairways. I love the radiators for frying clothes in Winter when it rains.
I'm guessing you mean the side wall at 2:09. Yeah, a bit surprising they left it that way unless they aren't finished with the reno. Looks like an easy repair, though. The rest of the balcony looks far better than many others I've seen in videos. And the view!
