The floors, stunning as you said. I would definitely do a restaurant in the cellar area, the layout is just perfect to do a small restaurant with an open kitchen, 6-7 tables and a small toilet on the right side as you walk in. Beautiful apartment with an amazing floor, never seen anything like that before and to think that it is made up of individual pieces, unbelievable, a priceless feature honestly.

Glad to see new life being breathed into a noble building, and that Italy values and protects its rich historic, artistic and cultural heritage, even in its small towns. Kudos to everyone playing a part.

It’s an amazing apartment with tons of unique designed details. The basement area is immense. I would love to make it into a small cafe, and call it the cave.

I'd make the small space in the primary bedroom a closet. Too small for an ensuite.

I am blown away by this property! Everything about it is so gorgeous. To start, the view out the windows is a dream! I mean as far as views are concerned, it really doesn't get much better than this. The lighting in the apartment is gorgeous too. This kind of warm and forgiving lighting makes you feel like you've been given a hug when you enter this room. And, this tile speaks for itself! This amazing historic tile really blows this apartment out of the water! In my mind ive already decorated this place and decided where I'm going to put my couch, and contemplated how one would go about caring for this gem like tile. This apartment really is stunning, but actually I might have to take it one step farther and label this one, outstanding!!! Thank you so much for sharing this one with us!

That room with the mosaic- I would hate to put a dining room table in there. I would just put couches on each side of see-through glass coffee table and just look at the floors every day.

The mosaic floors coupled with the high ceilings and woodwork make for a lovely period apartment. I might put a piano in the irregular room off the second bedroom and use the first bedroom as the lounge. The central room would make a beautiful dining room , as you suggested.

Hello Dave. I remember that home. It was beautiful. I believe that was the first house I saw on our tour. The cellar area was huge. But since I have the two dogs that will come with me. I just couldnt see the outdoor space for them. It would finish out beautifully. I am so happy with the one I chose. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Bo

There is nothing better on a snowy (in April???) Saturday morning than enjoying a cup of coffee and watching your newest properly videos.
The mosaic floors in this apartment are beautiful- probably best to keep the far room as a bedroom and the smaller one as a lounge.
Only thing missing is outdoor space… Still, a “stunning” property!!

Location, Location Location...bigger town, railway and bus stations and move in ready so "higher" price. Not everyone is into a reno blocks from bars, restaurants, a piazza and services. This is why I love this channel, there is something for everybody. Thanks for your variety of property tours. The mosaico floors are the real treasure...like Byzantine Heaven! Having new windows, electric and plumbing alone are worth the price.😮

My question is if you have a dog where can you take the dog for the daily four or five times poo poo pee pee walk? My other problem is of course I live on Social Security so would it be taxed in Italy?
