Glad to see new life being breathed into a noble building, and that Italy values and protects its rich historic, artistic and cultural heritage, even in its small towns. Kudos to everyone playing a part.
The floors, stunning as you said. I would definitely do a restaurant in the cellar area, the layout is just perfect to do a small restaurant with an open kitchen, 6-7 tables and a small toilet on the right side as you walk in. Beautiful apartment with an amazing floor, never seen anything like that before and to think that it is made up of individual pieces, unbelievable, a priceless feature honestly.
It’s an amazing apartment with tons of unique designed details. The basement area is immense. I would love to make it into a small cafe, and call it the cave.
I would make the basement into a media/gaming/music room. The walls are so thick that I think the sound suppression would be excellent. Put a pool table, a piano...and a lovely lounge so that in the hotter months, you could relax down where it will most likely be nice and cool. You wouldn't even need a projection screen, as those white walls would be perfect for your movie viewing room!
I am blown away by this property! Everything about it is so gorgeous. To start, the view out the windows is a dream! I mean as far as views are concerned, it really doesn't get much better than this. The lighting in the apartment is gorgeous too. This kind of warm and forgiving lighting makes you feel like you've been given a hug when you enter this room. And, this tile speaks for itself! This amazing historic tile really blows this apartment out of the water! In my mind ive already decorated this place and decided where I'm going to put my couch, and contemplated how one would go about caring for this gem like tile. This apartment really is stunning, but actually I might have to take it one step farther and label this one, outstanding!!! Thank you so much for sharing this one with us!
The mosaic floors coupled with the high ceilings and woodwork make for a lovely period apartment. I might put a piano in the irregular room off the second bedroom and use the first bedroom as the lounge. The central room would make a beautiful dining room , as you suggested.
Thanks so much for sharing these. I do miss Italy like a wonderful old friend. I can get familiar with these beautiful towns which I plan to visit. At some point, I will setup shop. All the best, Christine
This place is absolutely beautiful and those floors. WOW!!! I would fix the cellar up as part of the living space. A nice living room and extra bedrooms, and a bathroom.
There is nothing better on a snowy (in April???) Saturday morning than enjoying a cup of coffee and watching your newest properly videos. The mosaic floors in this apartment are beautiful- probably best to keep the far room as a bedroom and the smaller one as a lounge. Only thing missing is outdoor space… Still, a “stunning” property!!
Hello Dave. I remember that home. It was beautiful. I believe that was the first house I saw on our tour. The cellar area was huge. But since I have the two dogs that will come with me. I just couldnt see the outdoor space for them. It would finish out beautifully. I am so happy with the one I chose. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Bo
❤ i ask my doggy... it is more than beautyful . A almost finished and more than perfect insite , right up my ally (?) Light collors , i can put all my fournitur in there , my copper bath instad off the shower sorry .. but that beauty comes with me and would be fit in fantastic. Well ? It popt up by ; video's for you so ? . Only a little shet in the Woods, so i can change from buzzy centrum, int2 silence in nature and rent out that one ore this one ,... it us just oke with 45min. 2 my other favorite town Guardiagrele, were a few friends live who i like 2 see ... and for once nothing realy 2 do , thát is nice. Pick out a nice kitchen , no cabinets , like the country style ? Wooden shells (?) and old fashion Farmacie ?? with small glass windows in it, a fun vintage big fridge from smeg . My flipperkast in the corner somewere, iff my son gives it back 😮😅. Etc etc etc ... but the specialy super once always sell Quick sooo it will be sold i think ... why i got it in my ; video's for you , i don't know ? 😅ore i do 😢 .. 😅 👋👋👋🫣☺️
The floors are stunning and so unique. I love all the balconies, I mean really it's so awesome and beautiful. I'd have the corner one for my bedroom I think. Gosh if I just had the courage, this would be the one!!! ( I think so far). Till then I can certainly be one of your best fans! Thank you David.
Location, Location Location...bigger town, railway and bus stations and move in ready so "higher" price. Not everyone is into a reno blocks from bars, restaurants, a piazza and services. This is why I love this channel, there is something for everybody. Thanks for your variety of property tours. The mosaico floors are the real treasure...like Byzantine Heaven! Having new windows, electric and plumbing alone are worth the price.😮
It was our recent March property tours - the market was bustling. All kinds of meats, fish, veg n fruits, n everything you could think off. And Dave, the pizza was DELISH!! Very rare I see Anchovie Pizza, omg. Outta this world! 😂
That room with the mosaic- I would hate to put a dining room table in there. I would just put couches on each side of see-through glass coffee table and just look at the floors every day.
Love the floors. Was there new wiring for Ceiling lights? That narrow room. U wouldn't put a bathroom . To small. Rolling clothes racks. It just a gem of a property. Love it. Kitchen project. Would be a fun fun designing dream. Thank you.
I like the idea of a cinema room downstairs. I'd bring all my collection of dvds and invite people over! "Oh, he's the nut with all the bad movies!" Amazing floors.
I could make this place look like a palace.....hey Nick...only about three months ago we could spend 79K and get a home with 3 apartments furnished,,,,what's going on?
People are getting smart and trying to get the most out of their home for sale. At this price I would buy the property with the olive trees from last week, that's a great investment
@@ail-on3pxyes and we won't learn it 😅, ohhhh that is cheap ... yeah well , is that true they now say !! That can be fixed 😅... i see it 2 what changed in one year . Ore cheap but high kadaster price and lots off work . Got this one only for the first time this morning offcause very nice but stil no garden ... fiuns a wood shet , 28.000 with view but 1029,- m3 well hummm ... it is a game ... i try to stay cool . No here for 3th time this year , all seasons .. won't go back 2 the Netherlands without a "home" but in the mean time live in my camper , sold my house in the Netherlands... we will see 🤞🚐💭💭🏡🇮🇪 ... the that small stuppid fear , off buying and thán find that the perfect place you coudn't find ... well 😅😮 that will be the story off my life 😂.. i prepare for it ... this one is high on price but is sold i guess ? Bey
You know.. i never see Police vehicles. Or Homeless...USA PORTLAND MAINE HAS A SERIOUS . HOMELESS PROBLEM. I LOVE YOUR HISTORIC VILLAGES. HOPE TO PURCHASE THIS YEAR OR NEXT.
Yes, this is a nice one, amazing floors. I've seen some I liked better, but they had outdoor space and prospects for a second bathroom. Still this one is especially nice since everything has been redone.
What would be helpful as a floorplan with measurements of the rooms. those floors are stunning I could live there. My question is if you have a dog where can you take the dog for the daily four or five times poo poo pee pee walk? My other problem is of course I live on Social Security so would it be taxed in Italy?
What was the original use of this building? I think i saw some sort of a plaque on the corner of the building on the way in? Looks like an important building.. .
Hey David. This is very small for 149,000. It is lovely but I think it’s a bit awkward in proportions and angles in the rooms. Sorry, I don’t like being negative. Cheers.
I don't know if you would be allowed but I'd make the kitchen the second bedroom and want all the front as living areas. Would you be allowed to take a wall down or open it up.
How difficult is it to get Italian labour and materials to renovate your purchase (plumbing - electric - stone work - drywall) in a reasonably timely timeframe? Is it unreasonably expensive?
The floors are beautiful, and the area downstairs amazingly tantalizing. But, I must admit, it doesn't really awaken much interest in me. Maybe I just prefer slightly smaller towns or something.
Yes, I want something half the price, done to my exact specifications in Rome city center and close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street with no noise, roads, people or cars.❤Oh and I need at least 500,000 square feet. Thanks!
You make me lought dave !!! Since 2 month you promise to get a lamp, and every time you forget ...and now its to havy!!! You see how you get punished for promising us and not keeping your promises?😂
What would be good would be something at the start telling us when the house tour starts. I find all the stuff at the front of little interest, this video had nearly 20 minutes of waffle before my fast forwarding got me to the house tour…
Glad to see new life being breathed into a noble building, and that Italy values and protects its rich historic, artistic and cultural heritage, even in its small towns. Kudos to everyone playing a part.
The cellar: a spa and Turkish Bath! Simply Stunning!

Thank you and sometimes just listening to the sounds of the town are wonderful. 😊

Gorgeous apartment. LOVE the floors! I'd create a 2nd apartment in the basement space. Thanks for showing us this property!
Beautiful town, so clean & quiet
For the money, this is an exceptional space!
Stunning floors ❤
Stunning count: 10

At the bottem off the list this one is being sold ... offcause. 😅 happy for that person. 🎉
What a stunner!
I've just revisited this video ..I'd love to see "meet the owners" on this one!!!
Beautiful house and apartment!
This place would be a dream come true. Thank you

What an Absolute Gem 💎! Those floors are spectacular.
Yes, I will take this one....
It was our recent March property tours - the market was bustling. All kinds of meats, fish, veg n fruits, n everything you could think off. And Dave, the pizza was DELISH!! Very rare I see Anchovie Pizza, omg. Outta this world! 😂
I'd make the small space in the primary bedroom a closet. Too small for an ensuite.
That room with the mosaic- I would hate to put a dining room table in there. I would just put couches on each side of see-through glass coffee table and just look at the floors every day.
..just One of my possible, future dream palaces !
Love the floors. Was there new wiring for Ceiling lights?
That narrow room. U wouldn't put a bathroom . To small. Rolling clothes racks.
It just a gem of a property. Love it. Kitchen project. Would be a fun fun designing dream. Thank you.
It seems like some walls would need to come down to make sense of the floor plan, which I'm sure would be a challenge with those amazing floors.
I love this.
Nice apartment
Stunning floors, as you said 😊
Id leave it the way it is and just have a bed on wheels .... those floors are flipping ace ! they are flipping ace
I like the idea of a cinema room downstairs. I'd bring all my collection of dvds and invite people over! "Oh, he's the nut with all the bad movies!" Amazing floors.
Did the cantina feel temp. Cooler to you. Because I'd store my wine and have a comfortable setting area.
Stunning!

This is beautiful. What is the square footage?
Love it! Except for dogs
If allowed, would use basement for wedding/event venue (specially for Americans)!

I wonder if the basement area could be turned into an apartment. Wondering cost? $50k cover it?
You know.. i never see Police vehicles.
Or Homeless...USA PORTLAND MAINE HAS A SERIOUS . HOMELESS PROBLEM.
I LOVE YOUR HISTORIC VILLAGES.
HOPE TO PURCHASE THIS YEAR OR NEXT.
rent out the basement for a spa or restaurant
No no no no! That kitchen is a non-starter! I would use that as an extra bedroom and put the kitchen/diner in the main room, so much light!
Yes, this is a nice one, amazing floors. I've seen some I liked better, but they had outdoor space and prospects for a second bathroom. Still this one is especially nice since everything has been redone.
The underground thing is where I would become BATMAN!! Or in my case BATWOMAN!!
Exquisite/ I am in love.
Is it possible to put a half bath in that storage area? If so, how much might it cost to plumb?
Thank you for your answer but I dont understand what is thumbnail nor where I find it?
do you have plan to show properties that are really close to the beach?
What would be helpful as a floorplan with measurements of the rooms. those floors are stunning I could live there. My question is if you have a dog where can you take the dog for the daily four or five times poo poo pee pee walk? What was the original use of this building? I think i saw some sort of a plaque on the corner of the building on the way in? Looks like an important building.. .
I mean it was a Palazzo for a Casata nobile and then makes some appartment to sold or rent
Please tell me where the fire stations are located.
Hey David. This is very small for 149,000. It is lovely but I think it’s a bit awkward in proportions and angles in the rooms. Sorry, I don’t like being negative. Cheers.

Where is the cantina?
I appreciate the detail in your videos, but you sometimes have me pulling my hair out screaming "get on with it!".
Hot Springs?
The floors are beautiful, and the area downstairs amazingly tantalizing. But, I must admit, it doesn't really awaken much interest in me. Maybe I just prefer slightly smaller towns or something.
After bingeing all your videos I’d say if you need another room, ask your next door neighbor if you could buy one of his and knock through!
Would not set foot in the basement!
Unfortunately too expensive for me...looking for something half the price max
Yes, I want something half the price, done to my exact specifications in Rome city center and close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street with no noise, roads, people or cars.❤Oh and I need at least 500,000 square feet. Thanks!
Question location great old building but too small.
Dave where is the price? Can anyb9dy tell me the price?
He puts the prices in the thumbnail.
👍👍🙋♀💜
You make me lought dave !!! Since 2 month you promise to get a lamp, and every time you forget ...and now its to havy!!! You see how you get punished for promising us and not keeping your promises?😂
🥰
Is there a special reason why you always filming during lunch hour?
Less traffic and people and noise. He wants you to actually see the buildings and the town without distraction.
👋👋👋👋
It's beautiful. All & I mean all the furniture must be gone. !!
Not loving the common entrance. Rooms are small.
The cave looks like a World War II bomb shelter
What would be good would be something at the start telling us when the house tour starts. I find all the stuff at the front of little interest, this video had nearly 20 minutes of waffle before my fast forwarding got me to the house tour…
They will agree to less, maybe 130k 😊
How did you come up with €130k? Obviously you know nothing about the market. the offer would not be responded to….
Umm...That's not even how Dave works.
