Thank you Stella. Yes I was interested in the chicken coop but now we are traveling al over Italy and I cannot tend to chickens and a huge house. I also want to mention that our neighbor Franco is a sweetheart.
It's great to see you and Antonello together again! I like his "proposta". Also, I appreciated the way he slowly walked us through everything. (I even understood a good bit.) Hi John, It is a great option. We have two restaurants in the historic center and a couple of pizzerias and at least one bar and a little market in the lower village. A bit farther out is Vincenzo's restaurant as well. No shortage of great eats!

It is perfectly located and being outside of the historic center but steps away from it, you can do whatever you want with it.

Hi Chris, thanks for sharing this one. Definitely lots of house and tons of potential. I like the house renovations that Antonello proposes. Do you have a sense for the cost to do what he proposes? As for the garden, would take that on as a personal project with fruit trees, a small vegetable/herb garden, trees trimmed for a shaded terrace and leave room for a pool. Would end up being a fantastic residence.
Hi Darrell, It is a huge house so it would be about 100K to get it up and running but of course it all depends on the finishes and what you want to do. In the end you get great value because of the size, condition and location as well as accessibility. It is difficult to find accessible homes with garages this close to the piazza.
I love this property and the ideas to put a terrace in the attic. Perfect but for me a smaller place would be better.
Yes this one is quite large but it also has a rental unit downstairs.

Ciao! Great possibilities. Wondering if you could show what the view would be from the proposed terrace? Also, you mentioned the cantina and possible separate apartment. Was that shown? I’m about 18 months away from retiring and these videos really help us visualize the possibilities with these beautiful old structures.
We’ll be showing both the cantina and the potential view in a follow-on video.
Great house with so many possibilities. I'd be tempted to put the kitchen, living room, and a half bath on the top floor. That way you can have access to the terrace and garden. Then I'd put 3 bedrooms (two ensuite) on the ground floor.

Hi Guys! I am sorry I forgot to put that data in the details section. The price for the property is €150,000. A ballpark figure for the renovations is around €100,000 to €150,000 depending on your finishes and what you want to do with the property.

Hi! It will be spectacular! Antonello is so cool he makes cucumber look sweaty and uncomfortable. I think it took me a year to really feel like I could communicate well in Italian. I studied on my own.
Did she provide cost? These videos are nice but at the end of the day cost and money talks. Why not give numbers in the beginning. No matter how nice it is the cost that matters.

Hi Elizabeth, We do have a home in California that we go to for a few months around the holidays to be with our kids and their families. We do live full time in Italy.
