    Additional Questions:
    We have a another train moving perpendicular(T2) to the plane of board with observer O3 and the speed of train is Vt 2(assuming this Vt2 is given wrt ground)
    Let the Board be x-y axis and z axis perpendicular to it
    a)What would be the angle of projection of the ball thrown from the balloon(let the ball be B) moving with velocity Vb j cap wrt ground as seen by O3?
    Solution: The motion of B wrt T2 would be a projectile thrown from a height thrown at an angle, the angle of projection would be tan inverse(Vb/Vt)
    b)What would be speed of O1 wrt O3?
    Solution: The object O1 is moving with velocity -Vt i cap and O3 is moving with -Vt2 k cap, so if we see velocity of O1 wrt O3, just it's component gets added, so speed would be under root( (vt2)^2 + (vt)^2 ),
    c)With what angle O3 will see O2 catch B?
    Solution: Wrt O3, The final magnitude y component of B's velocity would be under root(vb^2 +2gh), for the magnitude of z component it would be the speed at which the T2 is moving that is Vt2. Hence angle would be tan inverse ( root(vb^2 +2gh)/Vt2).
    d)Equation of trajectory of B wrt O3? (z, y axis)
    Solution: Position of B in the y axis is given by (Vb)t-0.5gt^2, in Z axis is given by z=-(vt2)t where t is time, by combining these two equations we have, y=[((Vb)(-z))/(Vt2)]-0.5g[((z))/(Vt2))]^2 which is the equation of trajectory.

      @Raj_vansh_singh Год назад

      @@vaishnavisingh6654 Hello, Thanks for the input, here i have assumed the axis which is going into the plane as z, the train going into the board moving towards the +ve Z axis, I have taken this assumption because if you change your frame of reference to the right hand side that is, if you look at the whole scene from right hand side, you will see the train going from left to right. It is kind of hard to imagine but, yes this is what i thought. your answer is correct as well if we look at the train from the left hand side where the train moves from right to left. its all about perspective

    Sir I have derived a question on this situation.......
    Suppose the person in the ballon drop two balls at an interval of time t from ballon...........a person in a moving train observe the projectile motion of the two balls ........according to the person in train, will the two balls meet at common point or not?
    Give answer with explanation

    • @Raj_vansh_singh
      @Raj_vansh_singh Год назад +1

      I dont think they will meet, here is the explanation according to me,
      the deciding factor for the two balls to meet would be the y component as the x component would be same for all wrt to that person in the train considering the train is moving with same velocity. Let the velocity of baloon here be u, and time after which the 2nd ball has been launched be t.
      lets look at motion in the y axis, first thing to note is that after t seconds the ballon would have moved u*t upwards from the launch of the first ball, on top of that the first ball would have moved ut-0.5gt^2, and the velocity of the ball at this instant would be u-gt. and also at this instant the 2nd ball is launched which with velocity u upwards, so the distance between the two balls would be, distance travelled by baloon in t seconds - distance travelled by the ball= ut-(ut-0.5gt^2)=0.5gt^2. Now lets look at their velocities for the first ball it was u-gt and for the second it will be u, now it is clear that as velocity of first ball is less than the second, so both will not meet.

    • @RaghavAnand-ik8qe
      @RaghavAnand-ik8qe Год назад

      @@Raj_vansh_singh i think it has two answer....both can meet or cant because when the first ball going up...when second ball is launched when first ball is going upward...then there a chance they xan meet

    • @Raj_vansh_singh
      @Raj_vansh_singh Год назад

      @@RaghavAnand-ik8qe i was thinking the same before, but as i explained in my other reply, the velocity of the second ball is greater than the first ball, and their relative accelerations will be zero and if you see the velocity with respect to the second ball, the velocity of the first ball will be -gt that is gt in downwards direction. so what the second ball will see would be just the first ball going down with gt speed. and they will just never meet
