Here you appear to be using the breaker as a sort of manual starter? Can the power off your device first be routed through a 3-phase magnetic starter or a VFD before being sent to the motor in order to enable better use of controls?

@@ahmadchoujaa9452 No, we didn't. We just used it initially similarly to what is shown here. We have gone back and rewired our shop so that it has 3 phase 240 VAC. If it was just for occasional use it would've been a different matter, but since we use our lathe and mill daily it was an ongoing annoyance. We do still use one on the property for a water well pump motor.

Hello! DPS can be worked on 200V-240V 3-phase motor. So, if you can change the voltage of your motor from 380V to 220V, you can use the MY-PS-20 model with your 220V 15HP 3-phase motor. Thank you.

Hello! Regarding your question, you could use our MY-PS-7.5 model for your 220v 4kw 3 phase motor. Also, one DPS should be used for only one motor.
