I was like “wait, didn’t Tanya build this?!” 😂 Yes! I love when simmers renovate their builds without any limitations.
I love this version even more than the official one, because it’s so much more realistic and fits in better! The only thing I have to say is I wish the cubbies weren’t in front of the mirrors in the dance studio, since as someone who dances, it’s super frustrating to not be able to see your whole reflection. But altogether, an adorable build!
I agree on all accounts. I think replacing them by putting the items near the empty side of the table (as well as a couple backpacks) or shifting the cabinet to the opposite wall would be the main thing I'd change.
I'm in love with the outside seating part and the new colors separating the two parts. I wouldn't leave this place if I was a teen.

I love seeing what the builds would have been without the EA restrictions! Thank you so much for this! I often download the updated build and replace the EA restrictions version in my games.
Omg this is so cute, I wish they would allow bb.move objects and have testing allowed to make sure everything is functional 😭😭😭 because this is a master piece (but its good that they have these limitations so everyone can play properly)

I really wish they hadn’t made the thrifting and the Boba always tied together. I’d love to make just straight-up versions of each for my worlds.
The opening screenshot is SO charming! I love how you gave this build a "glow-up". It is absolute perfection now. I worked in a thrift shop in high school. It was my job to cram all the new merch onto the shelves, and dust the existing stuff. I got paid in product most of the time. It was fun!
I love how you left the apartment empty. I'm trying to make myself build houses this way, with just the kitchen and bathrooms furnished. That way, it's a blank slate for my Sims to move into, and I don't feel bad when I want to change them. I always make my builds "just so" and then, I don't want to change anything. Not helpful. Also, it would be faster to not spend a couple days furnishing, decorating and cluttering... Building a shell, adding windows, doors, appliances and landscaping, would be much easier! Then the individual Sim could leave their own personality on the space.
Love seeing the thought process and hearing 'behind the scenes' of the original build. Adore both versions.

Loving this! If i had anyone live at this apartment, it'd either be for a dance instructor or cheer coach to fit with the dance studio space
So that's why you didn't include the cheer mat in the dance studio space :O
Also, it makes such a difference when you can use Move Objects and Debug!

i didn’t know you were the one that built this lot!! i think is is the best lot in the sims, i’ve never even considered renovating it because it’s so gorgeous, now it’s extra beautiful 💕💕💕
I love everything but those toilet lockers. 😂 It's probably weird, but just thinking about how gross people can be, I'd hate to be the employee to have to open those lockers.
Would love to see this again for some of your other builds from the high school years pack! The harjo household would be very fun, as well as the starter home you built reimagined
