This, I'd love to know. I'm making real metal Mandalorian armour based on the free templates of Jango Fett style armour you can find on the Dented Helmet, but they annoyingly don't come with a vambrace/gauntlet template. I'll wing it if I must, but I'd really rather not have to!

if I commission you for a set of Mando armor how much approximately, I'm around 6 feet, including a pair of whistling birds and some random things on the vanbraces. .
How did you size the gauntlets to fit your wrist? I am 3D printing Mandalorian gauntlets and am trying to figure how to properly distribute the circumference of my wrist to the gauntlets. In other words, I'm trying to make them fit and I don't really know how. Any suggestions?
I just recently started going to a university with a full machine shop and makerspace. Given that I have access to the tools required, how hard would it be for a beginner to metalworking to learn how to make stuff like this? [Edit, typo]
That rocket thing doesn’t look straight enough and should be a tad smaller, also there are a bunch of small holes (in a non random position) facing straight out from the front of the rocket

where can I get these templates
For safety reasons Do not drill into metal on your leg like shown in this video. Trust me a drill going into your leg is not a fun experience.

he has it angled off his leg, he isn't drilling straight down he is drilling away from his knee but using he knee and hand as support.

No I used a countersunk hammer rivet in the holes
