    For the last year I have been rubbing castor oil on both my feet every night. The fibromas in both my feet are hardly noticeable today 😊. The oil is a bit sticky so I wear little socks to begin with and eventually they come off. I’ve tried all these solutions talked about in this video and nothing helped until I used the castor oil.

      I started doing that this week as well as icing and massaging the area so we shall see what happens over time. I really don’t like the idea of a growth impeding my ability to walk.

      This is exactly what I have decided to do ~ It was just a thought I had, I haven't seen anybody talk about using castor oil for this. I just figured it worked for a lot of other things, so it wouldn't hurt to try, so I'm so glad that I ran across your comment. This gives me a big hope.❤

      That is so weird I came across your post!!! Because I started doing the sane thing last night, I massaged my feet with castor then applied a thick layer and thick socks. I'm so happy you have noticed results from this!

      Mine started 15 years ago. I refused surgical removal as they just grow back. Cause - the body misplacing material in the body. My lumps are sooo bad they fill my instep with huge masses UNTIL!!! I discovered what part of my body was malfunctioning. THE PARATHYROID. Read up on this and read up on the Borax/Boron conspiracy. Once I started feeding my parathyroid boron (Mule Team Borax) my lumps started receding. I have 15 yrs growth and I am amazed at how much progress I've made in 6+mos. Healing is painful too but well worth it. If you get them surgically removed they dig into the Plantar Fascia which often leads to a collapsed foot. I don't recommend this option. Try taking Boron. Look up 'The Conspiracy on Boron and thrive in the multitude of way your body will heal. Wishing love and health to all.

    I have multiple nodules in each foot. Not large, but I can certainly feel them. I have developed a burning numbness in the balls and toes of each foot over the last 2-3 years. It feels like there is swelling in the balls of each foot, so I am wondering if this has moved into another part of the foot. In previous years, I have had some nodules in the palm of my hands which I have been able to work out over time, so I suspect this is all related. The burning numbness and "swelling in the balls of my feet have me concerned, because it feels like it is deeper. Your opinion?

    Treatment was 3 times a day for 2 months.
    It was both feet, and one side has come back, so I need to do the treatment again (several years later after doing lots and lots of walking)
    The ice is great also for reducing swelling.

      Ana Henrique That has been the case for me. Massage displaces the growths temporarily, perhaps softening them, however massage significantly increases inflammation and pain and has, in my case, actually increased the density and size of the growths. I wonder what science supports reducing the mass of a benign tumor by “breaking it up” with massage. After all, podiatrists make custom insoles with cutouts to take pressure OFF of the growths.
      Has anyone had or considered radiation therapy?

    Out of nowhere i had a tiny bump on my left foot I was like wtf is it so I was looking around it hurts the tiny bump I probably hit my foot when I was helping my disabled dad who can't walk I do remember hitting myself on something who knows but I felt something since than that tiny bump hurts it doesn't go away I can walk and run but when I touch it it hurts like a pimple i been putting aloe vera and it calms down also I think because I'm always standing up cleaning and doing more things who knows but it sucks I've never experienced this I want it to go away. First my mom went to hospital on March 20 she went for hernia surgery later on my dad just stopped walking he also went to the hospital for 2 weeks now my left foot has a bump smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ this year's for me has been pure hell and not to mention that on this 25 I'm going to take my driver's license I'm doing the writing test and road test also vision test and all because I didn't went to renew my driver's license in 2018 I had personal reasons why I didn't went I had anxiety and depression also I had Panic attacks I'm telling you my life been really bad since 2014 I went down because of a girl who left me I started drinking I left my job I was an alcoholic I had my first panic attack when I went to the lake it was 2007 I was like what is happening so i is old my friend take me home he did later on I continue again I was like this is not normal until I read what it means to have a chest pain and feel paranoid heart beats since there on up to 2017 it stopped that's why now that I feel much better I want to get my life back get a driver's license and start working I know it won't be easy coming from a very painful place I regret drinking alcohol and beer I went down the hill for a girl my advice to any guy never cry or drink for an ungrateful girl I was 21 years back than now I'm 39 years old I also was a dj back then but I went down and out. 😩✝️✝️✝️🙏

      My lumps fill my instep on both my feet. They grew over the last 15yrs. I've tried a lot of different things to get rid of them but nothing worked until now. What I discovered is that the body is lacking Boron. I tried other minerals but Boron worked the best for me. Best source of Boron is Borax (20 Mule Team) from the detergent aisle. Soak in it and take it orally. It takes the pain away aside from crisis healing. My lumps are reducing daily. Google 'The Borax Conspiracy' then read or watch multiple sources of info on the benefits of boron.

      For a problem this complex and with so many variables, you really would benefit most from seeing a podiatrist in person.
      A problem of this nature really does require a proper history and physical. By getting non-specific advice online, it really can make your problem worse.

    I've got painful, swollen fibroma in that spot. What does it mean when your side heels & top of ankle turn a bluish color w/a strap shape over ankle top. All of a sudden it looked like someone beat my feet w/ baseball bat. No puffy swelling, but the rest of my footprint was a bright red. Cleared up, but came back. My Dr said it was inflammation. What kind?! He couldn't tell me. I have mobility weight bearing issues & use a cane. Normal BMI.

    • @DrTomBiernacki
      @DrTomBiernacki  5 лет назад +2

      So not able to give specific advice, but in general the #1 most common cause of arch inflammation is plantar fasciitis for people, the fibroma is less inflammation and more think nodule, although a nodule can also get inflammation as well, hope this can clarify it!
