Thank you sir! Kindly clarify - in the writing task. Isn't the age of the baby about one month and not 2 ie DOB:12/04/2019 to 10/05/2019(date the letter was written) and also, from the DOB to the baby's first visit to the hospital (29/04/2019) isn't 6 weeks.

Dear sir,DOB is 12 th april and how baby will be 6 weeks of age by 29 th of april? Only 2 weeks.
or DOB we shouldchange to 12 th MARCH 12/03/2019.

hi Mr. Steve, why you did not say :he was delivered normally instead of delivered normally ?
I think we should use the passive form when we are talking about baby's mode of delivery !

Monzer Mohammed if you listen to what he said is if you were part of it you write he was delivered but if you were not part of it you write he delivered normally

some oet teachers say you should start with the current medical condition/most recent findings, rather than starting from the first check up. Would you lose points if you structured an urgent case it chronologically like in this video?
