E2 Feixiao and E2 Acheron are one and the same; both allow you the option to use fewer of their preferred teammates, yet keeping 2/3 makes their ultimate rotations *ridiculously * fast. Phenomenal damage-per-cycle eidolons
This is the stuff I would love to see more of from you EOD! You're objective and data-driven approach to content inspires a lot of confidence since I know you are backing up your thoughts. I would love to see that translate to gameplay where you talk about your approach to challenging stages and building teams, etc.
I dont see E2 as a restriction, since its not really preventing Feixiao from doing what she wants and given that her best team is a follow-up team in the first place.
It just requires you to invest more into her to make the most of it IMO. You can get by running March and Gallagher instead of Topaz and Aventurine, but Feixiao's E2 will be a lot less valuable to you in that case.
I just noticed that the test is heavily biased towards her S1 because of the fish adding extra layer of DEF Shred. (see 1:32) DEF Shred scales exponentially the more you have it unlike every other stats in the game. It's the only stats without real diminishing returns/opportunity cost.
The thing about this testing to also consider is that when the fish explode they reduce the Aurumaton's defense by 30% each with both of them being 60% I think. So the numbers might seem inflated since Feixiao in her best team comp. Feixiao, Topaz, Aventurine and Robin does not have a defense shredder. So S1 comparison seems better because it stacks on top of the defense shred by the fish.
Its a bit late but... It dosnt stack. Her LC is def. Ignore not shreed. More def. Shreed you have, less efective her LC gets. (hope you know what i mean)
E2 is not restrictive in my opinion. She still operates as normal HOWEVER adds that 1 follow up will gain 1 point. Unless your way of thinking is because I have this benefit, this is now the only way I can play the character so that there is no investment going to waste?

I'm tempted to go E0S1 since I'm already halfway to pity on the LC banner, but at the same time I want to save up for the Acheron banner that we all know is coming in 2.6
I'm tempted to get fei, but I lost pity at 43 to bronya e1 and am trying to hold until acheron rerun. If I save everything I might be able to get from e2 to e4.
For the sake of being real only E6 characters you really like and accept that power creep is a reality that is unavoidable. I want to eventually E6 Blade but I've been rolling for like every other banner, its fun to have all these new toys.

Some note from me, in this test environment S1 gain much more benerfit bcs of 60% extra deff reduction from the fish (reaching -100% def). While in her FuA team comp this will less likely happen.
I know everyone pairs her with Robin, so its cool to see that you didn't. But in terms of pure value what I want to know more is like what is more valuable between the characters, is Robins s1 or e1 more important than FeiXiao's or vice versa. There isn't enough breaking that kind of interplay down considering they are same banner, its just Feixiao vs herself.

Assuming you're planning on a FUA team, then from some quick calcs, she performs pretty well: similar damage per action value as E0S1 Topaz, and about 6% better than E0S0. However, given that frequency is better than potency, Topaz will likely still perform better because she allows Feixiao to ult more often. Also, Topaz's personal damage will certainly be higher than SW's. That said, SW should still be a decent replacement in such comps, and may even be better in off-element fights (if she can implant wind). The above was calculated with Feixiao/Robin/Aventurine/(Topaz or SW).

I have to say though Feixiao is a fun and amazing unit. If you have enough you can try Robin e1 then getting a copy of Feixiao.
I got Feixiao and her lightcone in less than 40 pulls because of all the pity i had built up on previous banners, but i accidentally got E1 while trying to get E4 Moze TuT
For the e1 and s1 test the e1 boss had effect res the vulnerability so thats auto -10% dmg Edit:mb its def reduction so its even more biased towards s1

Feixiao e0s1 only has 2 to 5% more damage compared to feixiao e0 with ratio lc (assume you satisfy the debuff). In contrast, feixiao with cruising or swordplay lc performs weaker around 10% to 18%
You know what I'm actually waiting for Ratio LC instead . It can be used by anyone . Yes even Seele , Yanqin , DanHeng & Sushang . Fei LC looks like watered down version of Ratio one
However though Topaz LC & Ratio LC have it's value . It can used anyone . Although the follow up effect is useless on Sushang & Seele . If debuff is problem then just ask any support character to give debuff to enemies . When the enemy in break stat , the entanglement or bleed will be planted & count as debuff .

I currently have 64k jades by just completing main story and events and I bought the BP once. The only 5 star character I have is E1 Bronya from standard banner pulls. I really would like to pull Feixiao and Robin but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get both their LC’s as well. I’d also like to get Topaz and her LC and Adventurine down the line. Do you think this is a good idea and if I’ll be able to do so?

E1: A crazy powerboost that is pretty much a 20% increase in power across the board. With her E1, she trumps pretty much every other support in terms of damage output E2: She gives the team a whopping 16% more speed. Counting her ability to essentially skip a turn, your team will be zooming past the enemy turns E4: Perhaps her weakest, but don't be fooled, this Eidolon trumps nearly any other E4 utility. She essentially becomes Aventurine. And with him in your team, your team is 100% immune to crowd control (IN A FAST TEAM) E6: Possibly the most insane thing out there, except for DPS E6 eidolons. Robin's E6 makes her another DPS on your team. She will pump out incredibly high amounts of damage with her E6, essentially giving you a +1 DPS on your team. Robin has no shortcomings when it comes to Eidolons. She is, bar none, the best investment in the game. A DPS will be powercrept eventually, but a support will always have a longer lifespan in every case.
It seems her e6 is inferior than acheron's e6. Like both their e6 have similarity expect acheron's allows her skill and basic to reduce toughness regardless of element. Though honestly I feel at e0 she's more complete than acheron
Her best team is overkill. She a good self contained character. You don’t need eidolons or limited lightcone for her to be worth pulling and she plays well with other characters. F2P Friendly regardless of what her best team is

Robin works with Ratio if you want to build him. Feixiao is basically a stronger version of Rato as they both run the same premium team.
I think to make her operational you need her E2 or have her with Moze on high Es 😅😅

It seems her e6 is inferior than acheron's e6. Like both their e6 have similarity expect acheron's allows her skill and basic to reduce toughness regardless of element. Though honestly I feel at e0 she's more complete than acheron

Her best team is overkill. She a good self contained character. You don’t need eidolons or limited lightcone for her to be worth pulling and she plays well with other characters. F2P Friendly regardless of what her best team is
You don't need Topaz or Robin. Aventurine seems like a standard fit but the rest can be replaced by Moze, March 7 and Bronya 😊
