In This Video You Are going to see the things i dont like about my aprilia sr 150
its been more than 6 months that i am owning this scooter
i have explained all the problems faced by me during this time so that you can consider it while purchasing it
I am an owner of Aprilia SR150 as well as a Vespa SXL150. I can counter most of your points stated. Ranging from suspension to underseat storage as well as mileage.
Starting with mileage, my Aprilia is 2 years old, it still gives me milage of 34 on street without accelerating like a mad man. If you redline your duke 200 and drive, it will give a milage ranging between 18-25. Infact my vespa gives a milage of 38 on street without mad acceleration.
Secondly about seat and the legspace, it's a sports scooter. You cannot, you just cannot expect space in a sports scooter. Its purpose is totally different than of a normal commuting or maxi scooter like Activa and Grazia.
Thirdly about the underseat storage. I own a scorpion carbon fibre helmet, MT helmet and HJC helmet. Out of which MT is the smallest in form factor. You cannot keep international branded and good quality helmets in any of the scooter due to its shell size composition and aerodynamic shape. Steelbird, studds are cheap quality helmets, they can fit due to its small form factor. Infact even in an Honda aviator's underseat storage, you cannot even fit a full face VEGA helmet
Fourthly about the suspension, try cornering in a Honda Activa or a Grazia, tell me if you are able to corner with a lean angle of 60-70 degrees from the ground. You won't be able to without losing balance and falling. Telescopic fork suspension are rigid, I'll agree they're a bit stiff but after all they're made to make you balance it out. I've run over gutters and unnoticeable speed breakers, I never lost balance. Infact my vespa is without telescopic forks and It is imbalanced compared to Aprilia
Finally, Aprilia, is a sports scooter, you're passively demanding features of a maxi scooter in a sports scooter. It cannot happen, and if you want it to happen, go for a Vespa (to all the viewers thinking of Aprilia, please read this).

Aprilia is made for youngster to give the sporty speedy feeling . The scooter itself made thin and small to cut the air. you can expect this scooter to carry bags and big helmets.

My Aprilia Gives mi aprox 38-42 kmpl...
And it has no competitive still....
And its top speed 120 kmph
Perfect and fully balanced at cornering & stable just because its stif suspension...

The helnet fits perfectly in the storage but you have to place it in the opposite direction.

I agree to all of the points except the helmet space. I had a similar problem, couldn’t fit my LS2 in Jupitor. But there’s hardly any bike out there which can fit a full face helmet.

My sr gives 28kmpl 1.5 months old first service done and my problem is that it has so many vibes from engine in low end actually this scooter has a throttle action of 90degree same as activa so in activa also there is some jerkiness in low end but my sr has crazy amount of vibes from engine and suspension rear one is also very stiff and rear brake are given to skid only they are of no use to me struggles to go beyond 110km/ph and of if i continue to write the problems they will never going to end but trust me every time i open the throttle I forgive all its problem and the suspension which was shaking the whole scooter gives superb stability around corners

Low mileage vehicles life longevity is more while high mileage vehicles life longevity is short * Quality wise Vespa scooters are best in long-term * I maintained LML Vespa with 30kms mileage for 14 years but never regretted * Quality wise LML was best but pity is it was closed ( I am having LML byke for 15 years with everyone's appreciation for its quality )

But Aprilia is not at all a bad scooter.
Its is specially made for a sporty performance.
Helmet ki baat hai to half size ke branded helmet's kaafi saare milte hai market mein,sirf local hi milte hai aisa nahi hai.
I use a branded half size branded one.
And the average u said is totally wrong.
Read this :
Full tank (1759 kms)- (1996) = 247
(1996)-(2247) = 251
(2247)-(2498) = 251
(3204)-(3447.8) = 243.8
(3447.8)-(3671) =223.2
(3671)- (3910.2) =239.2
(3910.2)- (4160) = 249.8.
Ye meri aprilia ka record hai.
Isme se kai baar jab maine tank fill karvaaya tab kabhi 500ml kabhi 300ml bacha hua rehta tha.
Mai jaha gap milta hai waha 80/90/100 pe bhagata hu.
Meri aprilia ne just 3790 kms cover kiye hai ab tak.
Proper average ke liye tank ko full karva ke puri khatam hone tak chala ke dekh.
Haan front suspension hard hai uska jerk kam karne ke liye front tyre ka pressure 22psi pe rakh ke dekh jerk kam ho jaayegaa.

Bro when i shooted this video the engine was not tuned i told service center that i am getting low mileage 18-22 they said its due to engine tuning after tuning i’m getting mileage of 35-37 in city and 42 on highway

All of these are minor problems.. when you ride and enjoy the performance. I got 48-50kmpl mileage on highways. In full Bangalore traffic with daily underground parking, I get 28-30kmpl.

Or than that, instead of explaining only about negative, if could have shared some positive also know this is video might have much weight.
