This is by far the best gold rush spin-off, i think as a spectator we can relate more with the struggling miners that are almost all the time amateurs.
Must have been a magic day when Freddy and Yuan turned up. I have been lucky over my lifetime of hunting deer with helicopters to have had mates that were the best in the world to work with and learn from. I can well imagine what it would be like having these two experts turn up on the job.
Freddy and Juano look at the bright side of literally everything. Someone full on rolled a truck with equipment they needed. when the worker made it to Freddy and Juan, they didn't even look at their truck and equipment until they were 100% sure the driver and passenger were ok.
Freddy just pulls out that polymer like Gandalf with the fireworks. That's crazy! These guys are presented with a very existential and hard to define problem amd Freddy's just like "oh yeah I've got the solution to that in my truck."
Freddy genuinely seems like one of the nicest guys ever. Those are the types of people you want around you in life.
