A "driver" is (for hire) and goes back to the cattle "drive" days. "Driving might be a "privilege". But a "traveler" is not a "driver" And we have the "right" to travel in a vehicle, behind the wheel, not for hire. Tell the truth, "lawyer"
Everyone who gets behind the wheel is considered a driver and should be held to certain standards in order to keep themselves and others around them safe!
We need to get rid of Driver's license's for People Over 18. Our Society is Built around the Automobile, a Car isn't a Privilege anymore it's a Necessity. In my State People can Carry a Gun without a License, but you need a License to Travel...
Some states, like PA, is 12-24, and no other ways to get them removed. Other states, like NJ, let’s you take one class every 5 years, thereby allowing 2 points to be removed, or waiting 12-24 months, or both.
