ahhh, Miss Moose....you missed a great opportunity! You should have bought the "Ruby Slippers",..... then when you were in the parking lot ready to leave, take your camera, and film yourself clicking the ruby slippers 3 times saying "There's no place like home", then you cut away with you at home doing your wrap-up. haha, that would have been funny!😂 Also. you can never have too many comfy sweatpants!😁
Renee !!! Thanks for taking us along to the red door rummage sale!!! I appreciate you! So cool to see the different things two people at the same sale can see differently ! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!
I've been to Phillipsburg back in 2019 when Spin Me Round Records / Books & DVD's was still at the mall there. They moved to Palmer Park mall in Pennsylvania & I look forward to going there. Your channel is very inspiring & helpful to me as I delve further into the rabbit hole of reselling. I want to open a booth when I fully retire & am building up stock now ! Thanks for the presentations & knowledge you share ! 😊
Good day. Church rummage sales are big time hit or miss for me. I enjoy them. Interesting. I didn't know what a ChemX was. My parents, however, used to swear by a cleaning solution with the same name.
Tip. I buy vintage postage on EBAY to use, sometimes cheaper than post office. People are amazed at the old stamps. Right now I'm using Elvis stamps. My friends church sale is in 2 weeks.
I like watching your channel. You are so Zen. I was noticing your glasses. They look so good on you. You are a very lovely young woman. That was nice of Taco to put your things in his bag. He is a really nice guy. I enjoy you both very much. Have a blessed weekend.
You can never go wrong with a church rummage sale, a little bit of everything, and mostly the prices are more than reasonable. 👍Big score on the PHS Stateliners sweatshirt, a perfect piece for your collection of local stuff. Same with the Winnie the Pooh bank, not worth that much, but all kind of banks are highly collectible and easy to sell. Perhaps you missed the George and Martha Washington pictures, depending on the age of these items. Meanwhile it´s getting colder here, so I recently got a hot recommendation from Idaho for a decent book: Dynasty of Death, written by Taylor Caldwell. A highly entertaining novel, and it tells us a lot about the development of the American society in 19th century. 👌Have a very good time, and see you on the next one ! 🖐 Greets from GER, U.
That book does sound interesting! In an upcoming video I'll be mentioning a little surprise I found while reading one of my books. I gasped out loud when I read one paragraph! (Exciting to me, at least!) So many books, so little time! I need about 24 hours added to each day so I can get all of the research & translating done that I want to do. Hope that you have a nice weekend despite the cooler temperatures!
Hi Renee. This sale was crazy. Everyone just went for what ever they wanted to buy. But you did better. You just looked for what you wanted. But, Ray Donne items are expensive. I have a couple of Ray Donne's cups in my home. I got them for $10.00 dollars at an Auction here on RUclips. I wished you could have taken those items. God Bless you Renee. HUGS 🤗 Sweet heart. You rock. Mari'a. 🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗👋👋👋👋👍👍👍👍🌺🌱🌼🌸
Should have picked up that pin stripe suit for Taco stak and that blue sequence dress and Dorthy slippers for you and hit the clubs 😆 Great video love you and enjoy your day!!
At our rummage sales, if there is a bag sale it is usually during the last couple hours of the last day and not for the whole sale. This may sound odd, but whenever I see a bunch of men's suits or sportcoats at a rummage sale, I always check the pockets, especially the one inside the jacket behind the lapel. You would be surprised what men stick in those jackets when they are maybe at a restaurant or big event such as money, jewelry, etc.. If I find anything valuable, I don't take it but I buy the jacket to get the bonus item with it. Thanks for sharing another fun rummage sale!
Hello Renee. I love the red door church rummage sale. It is always great. I can proudly say if I went to a sale like this I’d only get things I could use or things for my grandkids. I just don’t want to spend money on things I don’t need . I love the penguin sweet shirt. I’m with you on comfy clothes for at home I hate tight fitting clothes. I love loose fit and soft. The weekend is here and I hope if you’re selling or hunting at the flea market you do amazing. Take care. 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🫖☕️🫖☕️🫖☕️🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
That was a really great sale. I'm glad you found some things you liked. Yes, the temptation to fill a large bag would probably have me grabbing too much stuff. 😂 ❤🐨
You picked up a little square picture/painting in that one box of art...that was nice frame moulding and image could have been changed out. Also, many people just grab and cram...you can find a quiet corner and go through it before you leave, but you can't pull it out of someone's hands or bags (not without fear of reprisal, in any case 😉)!
I used a small Chemex pot for years, until my sink ate it. They're making them again, too. These days I use a plastic Melitta filter holder and brew on 16-ounce mug at a time.
Just a few carefully chosen bits and pieces at this one Renee, but still enjoyable to watch. I liked that framed drawing - took a good eye to spot that, and I don't think you missed anything. Just going to reflect on this episode now, while enjoying a pour-over coffee - TEA! - Tea I meant! Haha!… don't even like coffee! TEA! tea for me….ahem….doh…😖
Hi sweetheart! I'm so behind on RUclips but looking forward to binge watching in the future 😆 Those Donald sandals are adorable. I wish they made them in my size 😄
It's Xi Jinping, I mean Winnie the Pooh. I heard he really loves being compared to the iconic honey eater. That's the first thing that comes to mind when I see Winnie the Pooh now.
The only thing you missed that I noticed was 1:55, I THINK I see a leopard pattern tie there AND I have a leopard pattern shirt. Which I can't wear because none of my ties will match. Not even the Tweety tie. I have been looking for something like this for a long time.
I saw that you missed the ALF costume. LOL I love rummage sales that are for boy scouts of any kids funding. Those always are the best cause granny have good thing to give them to earn the funds need for trips and such.
We have a large Scout rummage coming up in our area, they collect items for a month ahead and in their weekly meetings before it, they price items and form a strategy because it is an outside sale, it fills half of a large parking lot They are well organized and do it every year as a fundraiser to go to camp and do other activities for the community..
I am all about a bag sale! I don’t know why these churches that have rummage sales Don’t do it more often. They are overloaded with clothing they could sell it quickly. I’m all in for a bag sale. Lol.
I’m sorry you missed the Chemex deal. I always check the thrifts for vintage coffee percolators and expensive espresso machines, coffee grinders, etc. Many stores will mark them way below value and they sell online very well.
I used to be smitten with this Catholic gal that liked crucifixes and I was always buying them for her I went to this church sale and saw a couple nice ones, woman asked me if I was catholic, I smarted off and said “ no miss , snake handling Baptist” and with that she refused to sell them to me! Shortly after that me and my gal suffered a reversal of affection and she came and dumped all the crucifixes and rosaries and etc in my driveway She later came back to get them though
Hi long time watcher of you and Taco Stacks. I don't mean to pry but I have to ask are you and Taco dating? I see you in a lot of venues together and just wondered. Anyway love the video and keep up the great work
With the condition of the nose & face, plus a rip in the paws, I wouldn’t have been able to resell for that much (especially I think with how ripped the poor nose was).
The difference between you and most of us is we don't have an instant replay to look back on - and 70K other people scanning it as well - so if we miss something we probably never know about it. We can't do the, "Let's Go to the Video Tape!" Fun stuff, though - P-Burg & animated characters. Parents aren't the only people who decorate their children's room with Pooh. Our oldest went through a phase where she decorated with poo. After she would wake up from a nap but before we heard her - she was able to get her diaper off. Initially we put duct taper over the tabs on the disposable diapers. Eventually we had to wrap the duct tape all around the diaper with the overlap in the back. The only casualty was my wife's childhood Dressie Bessie doll (cloth) who got sh** faced. We used to call these incidents HPIs - Heinous Poop Incidents. And on that note, thanks for the video & I hope you have a fabulous Thursday and find gold and treasure and other things you've been looking for. Going to these types of sales is like fishing - it's no fun unless you have a story about "The one that got way."
Oh my gosh! Hahaha. I'm sure that's a story that has been told many, many times - perfect for when a new date comes to the house or when having friends over at a sleepover. "You'll never guess what happened when she was little!" We all have those stories, some are just better than others. Any plans for the weekend? Going to visit with a good college friend... those visits usually include dinner at a different restaurant & exploring new foods. Always nice to catch up with old friends!
@@PaperandMoosethose relationships are so important. I was on the phone for 2 hours last night with a college friend and a couple hours on Tuesday with a different one. And we graduated in 1989! Enjoy! My weekend will be yard work and “work work” but it will be nice to have those things done.
Wow...At your pedestrian speed, I'm being pressed to the back of the chair! To be honest, I did not see anything that really drew my collecting interest! I know a person who just adores Winnie the Poo. I have found a couple of of Poo items for her. Even out here, fr-gs have seemingly hopped away!! Taco did take the other box of envelopes.
Have to share with Taco Stacks! Hope that you have a good weekend, Larry! I'll be visiting a good friend from college, so it will be nice to catch up with her.
@@PaperandMoose Taco always has neat adventures, as do you! Nothing like a good get together with a close friend! I'm doing the same with a long-time buddy of mine, celebrating my upcoming B-Day. Checking out my Sal Army today, I'll shall see. what I'll shall see...hope a lot????
I know I try to get to the areas where there are things that I enjoy (clothing, crafts, holiday). Sometimes with all the people & the tight spaces between tables, it can become very overwhelming & so I either move faster or just go at a snail’s pace. I can’t seem to find an in-between. I’m at a sale for much longer than what I film, as most times it’s easier to just focusing on looking rather than filming.
Those red Dorothy shoes you say aren't Dorothy's but what if they were and you put them on and wild things started happening ? You click your heels and things start spinning You may have a stampede on your hands at the rummage sale Oh I have a strange sense humour or imagination You should have bought them You never know ?😲. 🇨🇦🦩

I could have done that in many videos! Your editing ideas are just as good as your actual editing! (Which I’m always jealous of!)
Let’s get ready to RUMMAGE!
What fun! Always exciting to see what you discover. 😊

I loved the horse coat

Nice Renee! I would love to go to a rummage sale if I had a car! Hmmm, I'll see if I can Uber a ride! Good video! ♥️
Reneé, You NEED ruby slippers! If for no reason other than they make you smile! Have a blessed day 💖✝ PS. I buy envelopes too!

Looks like you have a new sweatshirt for the Thanksgiving day game. Too bad the Donald slides won’t fit Taco Stacks 😂😂
I'll see if he wants to add them to his collection anyway :0)
If they made the vintage Donald Duck sandals today in my size I would totally wear them 💙🤍💛
Great sweatshirts!
Renee looking fabulous❤
Another good sale.
Hey, I watched Gemini thrifts and she was thanking you, Paper and Moose for helping her .
I’m watching her video now! I knew about the spices, I saw them in the dumpster 😆

4:30 minutes in - Easter. Jello Egg Molds sell well and fast on eBay. I’ve done so several times.
I always buy envelops and lil office house supplies. Even light bulbs
You too passed up the Buddha. When one is in full junk journal mode the bag fills quickly.
I liked the sweaters and the framed picture you bought, I though that it was a photograph.
I got to my Thursday Thrift today and found a 15cm Swedish Dala horse, so that made me smile.

The only thing I don't like about those sales is they don't usually have bigger sizes in clothes.
They had a whole table of plus size :) I got my mom a whole bag of Talbots 2X!
Thanks renee. Was fun!

Would have been fun to try out a Chemex & see what coffee takes like in the “pour over” method. There’s always the next rummage sale!
