German tracked vehicles around this BR have enough mobility to make wheeled vehicles somewhat redundant, not to mention the maps being changed specifically to frustrate flanking. And spikes are still utterly unreliable.
their unreliability hasnt had major improvements, but the locking requirements has massively improved from needing to be fully exposed to seeing a part of their tank. still half decent as a fire and forget
I wish they'd give you the option to also guide them manually like any other missile. But Gaijin sadly decided that they'd only give spikes their IR characteristics as to not make them op. I disagree when it comes to the op part, but well whatever, I'll just play something else
I've been using the KF41 and Freccia and have found the spikes to be much better. It still seems like RNG but I have gotten quite a few targets destroyed.
turny the reason you struggled to reverse was because your driver was shot out and replaced with the commander, and sense the commander wasn’t meant to drive to begin with, he sucks at it so it’s like having a really injured driver try this on an MBT get your driver shot out and try to neutral steer, it’ll be crazy slow
Irl commander would be the jack of all trades, since to become a commander you would have to be a driver, then a loader, then the gunner and now you can become commander. Just a nitpick
Seems like they might have fixed the issue. That little angle of that dip now goes around the side of the tank instead of stopping at like 5 degrees. They gave it a larger angle of view is what im trying to say. Just hopped on and checked it out.
Seeing as you don't want any more autocannons you should go the other direction and play the fv4005 seeing as hesh can now overpressure. Now it still isn't great at oneshotting spots that don't overpressure but if you do hit... say t2h turret front, it will nuke

IE shooting a tiger 1 in the LFP with the breda 501s stock APHE shell (has 347g of filler) and it killing the whole crew despite the transmission eating the entire shell. Or shooting an M18 in the engine. Its been able to since they introduced overpressure. Or fenangling the shell to shoot through enough armor anywhere on an open top that it fuses in general even if it explodes outside of the tank.

I survived 10 HEAT-FS shells to the turret in a C1 Ariete. In the X-ray it shows there is a spall liner. Im 80% sure it wasnt there last patch. The tank feels much more survivable. Did they buff the WAR kit?
Sir Turny, is there a chance you could jump back to what I assume is the Cold War equivalent of the T34, which is the T-55A at 8.3? It does not seem to get featured too much despite sporting a very good array of shells, a snappy hull and stabilizer.
Gaijin seriously needs to fix that runway thing where you explode on touch down no matter how slow or fast you are, when you try to land from the wrong side you just explode on touch down.

Panther Turrets seem to have gotten a secret buff, serious shell shattering and non pen on mantlet even with US/UK solid AP never mind APDS etc. Oddly Tiger 2 mantlet is now more susceptible than Panther in test map.
I had the same thing with my D key not working properly. I just took off “pause” key and switched the switches and my D key works perfectly #attacktheDpoint
they should also buff the stryker m1128, atleast give its full gundepression on its sides and rear. its sad how bad the stryker ingame is, bad gun depression, slow acceleration where u basically never reach its top speed, bouncy as fuck where you sometimes miss the shot in combination with the bad gun depression and a bad turning radius. and they should give it its actual reload speed of 6sec´s and not the 7.5 that it has rn.
Shooting SPAA with a tank is rather unsporting - killing with CAS is fair game - but seeing the defenceless missile wagon just staring at you - helpless - so sad
@alexisleskinen9870 It's enormous size is still absolutely detrimental in almost every situation. Tank design didn't strive for a low silhouette for more than a century without a reason.

You can lock on using the binoculars as well, helps alot with those over cover, there pretty tall so it's definitely an advantage

I found the Vilkas horrible. But I almost only played it stock. Also, a 9.7 Radkampfwagen swipes the floor with it. A 10.3 BR doesn't make any sense.
Its quite fun to play the vilkas now with 10.3 lineup since they buffed spikes. You can lock enemy cupolas poking out of a ridge and it will kill.
