John Deere 332 Diesel garden tractor cold start at 29º!

I figured since it was about the same temperature I'd do a video on the 332 this morning. Not an incredibly informative video but it shows how easy these little Yanmars are to start in the winter.

For those wondering about the battery issue, the problem was solved by replacing the voltage regulator. It now charges properly.
Starts up just fine.
That’s impressive, I think with a fresh charge in the battery it wouldn’t even make a full revolution.
For sure. I didn't realize the battery was a little weak since I just got it. Should charge up fine.

Big upgrade from the 330 which didn’t have power steering. I owned both.
It sure is. The extra spool of hydraulics and electric shutoff are nice features as well.
Is 900 a good price non running? I would love one but I don’t have 3000 right now and I need a winter project
It’s not common to find a 332, so I would say if it is complete and appears not to have been messed with too much, $900 is a very fair price. Let me know how it goes!
Can you show your seat modification on the 332 using uni strut? Close-up video of the hardware to raise the seat springs so you can adjust further back.
Hi- thanks for the comment... unfortunately that tractor was only here for a short time... the owner had done that modification and it worked nicely. Wish I'd thought to mention it before the machine left.
What is the motor on there for it
It’s a 16hp Yanmar Diesel
You need to put a *negative* in front of that 29 before it counts as a cold start.
It was cold for South Georgia.
