@@AllThingsWithWheelsRC i was hesitant at first about banggood too, but then i saw a lot of youtubers reviewing a lot of rc stuff and i looked up its legitness online. i then just went for it and now i have a heli and jet from banggood and like 5 other rc vehicles incoming lol
I had to get my hands on one of these so I didn't hesitate to buy one, because I know after you guys do a video the price goes up 😅

Won’t work. Since diameters are different you’d have to offset the diff gearing.
@@mboni74 I do it all the time with my slash. I tape the back tires and it drifts great🤔
@@floridatrailfinders9961 if wheels on front and rear drive on a four wheel drive car a of same outer diameter, no problem. But if front and rear are not the same size, car will drive squiggly.
Some of these $600 /$900 trucks should come with lights like that 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I wrap the back tires on my 2wd slash with electrical tape and drift it around like this.

Just got mine for X-Mas (from my wife! ) It’s gonna be a blast. Cool lights and the gyro feature is slick. BG prices (both product & shipping ) are jumping up & down - Bit high right now. Thanks for turning me onto another RC guys!! ❤
How much did your wife get it for? I saw it on Amazon for $70 right now
@@Montesmike15 - just under $70 (w/ 3 batteries) Banggood had it bit cheaper before the holidays with ONE battery - I only needed the one but by the time she decided to break down & buy it there was only the 3 battery selection left. It has been in the $60 + range (depending on battery quant). I would stick with BG or Amazon.

I'm not sure if you guys noticed but there's a button on the remote which is set at the lowest by default, if you set the CH4 Button to the max it goes way faster

Hey guys I I love the way you present reviews it seems that the direction is towards toys and not hobby grade stuff it does not need to be the Traxxas I priced stuff but how about some middle of the road stuff for a change you are sophisticated enough to know the difference. I value your reviews and particularly enjoy the discussion between you guys. Sometimes it's hilarious.
I have had this RC car and the exact everything but I got new bearings moter, battery, charger 🔌 and new slick tires as well as a new wrench for the wheels and it used to go 24 MPH now it goes 67MPH it’s so fun by the way.
How much did that cost you in total?
Slicks on the back probably be fun. Like lunchroom trays under the back tires of a Ford Fiesta. 😁👍

First- i love seeing you guys messing around with 4K- would you do any video uploads about your learnings with cameras and videography?
second- i love abby getting me all nostalgic by going back to the old camera and all of her amazing commentary lol
third- do you guys think when you do videos in the future, could you do a "preflight/predrive" segment at the getgo (or in some similar space in the vid time) that basically lays out the nitty gritty? just a rundown where you show the radio you are using, the controls and functions (plus weird quirks of the radio or buttons), proportional or not, control throws/dual rates, any extra features, show the battery and any related accessories and plug types, just like a walkaround tour of the radio and car/drone/plane/boat/heli haha - sometimes i use your vids instead of the manual ;) and aconsistent segment like this in each vid would be so helpful and a go-to for me! (sometimes i'll see you guys fly like an XK heli or drone and wonder about the radio or how you guys set it up/programmed/bound it- just all that stuff! i love seeing the gear demos but would love to see some more of how you guys view your complete rc set up whether its BNF/RTR or something you're using your own gear with!
I just always love seeing what radios you guys are using with what, and where your favorite gear is at.

only downfall i found was all plastic diffs but on banggood they do a 1/16 remeo p9657 and there all metal diffs look the same ..mite jump the boat and buy one to see if it a fit lol

looks just like a redcat chassis a copy of the normal lightning chassis in 2wd ,mine dont need no plastic tires ,it smokes all 4 in rubber form

Nice little truck at a nice price point. That said ordering from banggood and waiting on shipping is a complete nightmare. I’m still waiting on a car I ordered mid December. I understand that delivery services are behind but waiting this long is a little much.
Three weeks is actually about average for them, so you are good. Sometimes it can be four or five weeks, and we've gotten things as fast as a week before too 👍😁😎⚓
