@@Abundance100 Doing just fine 💪🏾 I have a balanced schedule for work and relaxing time so I don’t get burnt out and can stay consistent for myself and you guys.
This is looking really good, I’m really liking the general plot you’ve set up. I do have a few questions though. 1 - How will you release the series? Would it be done on RUclips or on another streaming service? Or would you be trying to pitch it to a network? 2 - How exactly are you gonna animate this? Animation is timely and if you want to keep people invested, unfortunately you have to figure out a way to make animation really fast. Would it be animated more like a cartoon or like an anime, where simple scenes are done more cheaply to spend more time on the bigger scenes? Or would certain scenes be rotoscoped? 3 - How will the series be advertised? Will you use ads or try to get other people to work alongside you?
I'm glad you enjoyed the video, now I'll tackle these one after the other. 1. My aim is to release the animated proof of concept and pilot here on youtube but for the official series by then I will have my own site up for the release of this series and all future series and I have no intention of selling my series to another network if I'm able to be in a position like Glitch's amazing digital circus where my series is streamed on a platform but now own by the service then that would be perfect. 2. The series is gonna be a mix of 2D and 3D animation so think of stories like Into the Spider verse and Arcane. The way it's gonna be animated definitely leans more on the anime side in regards to its style and design, I probably won't rotoscope any animation though I've never really been a fan of the way rotoscoped animation looks. 3. I definitely plan to bring in other people in the future and I will use ads and trailers and teasers later down the line as well to build up the anticipation for the series. I hope this helps!
Color me intrigued! I very much enjoyed this overview and I love the concept behind Nexus (I find it funny that I also have a city named Nexus in my project, but while there are parallels, they're also VERY different from each other). I'm excited to see all the individual video rundowns on the characters in the future! I'd love to learn more about them. And the story overall sounds really cool! I'm really glad I stumbled across this channel
You seem to be locking in, and I don't mind that one bit, but you've been dropping back-to-back videos, and I Just hope you aren't overstretched.
