Baby Park is the most Mario Kart track of the whole Mario Kart series. Loved how everyone pretty much gave themselves to Lady Luck.
Also, it was so fun to see how the more they had at stake, the more the girls died inside when this stage was selected.
And Miko´s Elite comedy sense was glorious!!

I love how there was almost no possible way for Miko to even place top 3 by the final race, but went for the absolute slot machine of Baby Park potentially causing a huge shake up at the top

@@wolfwoof4446 Both. Baby Park is a simple oval course that you drive around seven times. Now, put twelve racers on the course, each one throwing items around, and the track becomes a war zone pretty damn quick.

Remember guy Marine plays a really hard character to drive, but she Made huge mistakes in 2 races and all of them were by herself.
Suisei and Marine are the strongest hololive Mario kart player, three times in top 3 is fantastic.
Baby Park is the most fitting final race in the tournament, expecially most place are a few points away, it's a Go Big or Go Home track. No extraodrinary skills, no shortcut, just pure luck.
Miko is the god of comedy
Baby Park is easily the best map in the game simply because of how funny people's reactions are to playing it. The map itself isn't that bad either. It's the only map where players in last place will have multiple opportunities to attack the players in first place. It kinda feels like a mixture of Battle Mode and Race Mode.
For watcher yes.
For strong player, esp the ones who are confident in their skill and are on good position, no.
As you can see, the map is too simple and short so that make everyone clump together.
So its depends on who get what item and who will get hit, which is pretty much random.
Strong pLayer can easily finish last and vice versa.
For watcher like us, its a great content!
For middle position, its a great chance to comeback
For top position, its a doom.
Its not only this year, last year all three podium finisher also complaint when baby park map came out lol.

Its a good noob track but that's because you don't need any skill for it. It's all luck. Who ever gets the best items win.

Classic Miko, cracks me up everytime
Koyori, Iroha and Lui really impressed me in this tournament. Chloe was also knocked out by Iroha in the best qualifying group. But she showed last year that she was really good. So like gen 2, HoloX have a sunday driver in Laplus/Choco and 4 contenders for the finals. Shion rarely participates, but I know she definately used to be better than Subaru and Ayame. Subaru might have surpassed her now though.
maybe Chloe could enter tsuyo cup if she got her oshi luck...

I don't think a lot of people noticed it, but Mio has had probably the most drastic improvement.
people already aware of Mio improvement (started playing on 2021) since they interview her on last year tournament...
the only reason she fail to qualifier for Tsuyo Cup & enter Zako Cup due to disconnect from the race that cost her 2 round...
@@lim3020 to be fair, she was also in a group of death with Suisei, Towa, Aqua, Gura, and Pekora, with only 3 qualifying. Was always going to be rough no matter who it was.

The fact that Suisei could have won the entire tournament without dropping out of the top 3 positions for all her races if not for that mistake at the end is pretty scary. That level of consistency is really insane.

Last year was Aqua and Suichan I think, who were sad and frustated about their results, now Subaru was the only one who sounded very sad on stream, all of them did their best, also Okayu's preparations to "retire" were pure kindness, hope she can do it next year, but I really pray for my oshi Luna to get in the main event next year (if she wants to run next year, since she was nervous af this time, 134 was her highest heart rate I think)

If mio got first she would have 68. Suisei needed to be 6th and lower for mio to win. Had mio gotten 2nd suisei only needed 7th or higher to beat her.

@@fhen_ it's more that mio doesn't have sufficient luck. She needed to rank high to overtake suisei while sui only needed at least 6th, mio needed all the luck she could get and the baby park could've been a good chance for her due to it's leave it up to luck nature.

If a map heavily relied on RNG, its not good for tournaments, anything can happen, it's not really a well designed map for competitive match, that's it

I’m not sure, but I heard from somewhere that it’s about placement system from all 6 races
Marine finished ahead of Mio in the last race, giving her the tiebreaker win to be placed higher than Mio in the standings.
They both are 2nd.
If you go watch the stream when Towa started interviewing them she said Mio real position is 2nd not 3rd.
There is a tie-breaker rule that says whoever got the highest placement(s) will be ranked higher. This places Marine (two 1st places, one 2nd place, one 3rd place) slighly higher than Mio (two 1st places, one 2nd place, one 4th place).
It'd be hilarious if I finished last....

Baby Park is the best & worst track in the game. When you play with friends the amount of bs that can happen makes things very interesting.
This is my most hated track ever in the MK series. There is no skill for it. Its literally all luck.
